/remains in your hold, staying pressed against you as i've grown most comfortable there these last two nights
/my body doesn't seem as restless as it usually is when it feels the steadiness of your breathing, almost a gentle tingle from your lips as they grazes the top of my head
/a low moan escapes me as the sun pokes in through the curtains, looking to the window briefly before pushing my face back into your chest, before trying to move my legs and realizing how we are laying
/smiles a bit sleepily and remains close to you, my hands gently grasping your shirt as i get comfortable again, sighing lightly as i continue to wake up
@♙ Hwang Hyunjin /my amused sleepy snort is muffled by the pillow when you say my name like that, though i turn my head just enough to catch you snuggling up to me when my eyes barely crack open, i'm much too tired to protest so i let you get as close as you like, my chest warming again when you call me that nickname and the briefest graze of my lips is planted to the top of your head before we're both dozing off, the morning comes quickly when i'm this deeply sleep and it starts off much the same like yesterday, your limbs are clinging to me and i'm beginning to grow used to your steady weight against me, an arm locked around your waist and my face still buried in your hair when i shift just a bit, but i find my leg is trapped between yours, i find myself not caring or bothering to get up just yet as i hold onto you;

no, it isn't about the money. it's mostly out of loyalty...
/there's complexities to why i continue to work in this line of work but it's the simplest way I can explain it, hums gently from your suggestion, tone more sleepy than anything;

/huffs in amusement from your giggle, the sound never failing in making it hard to keep a straight face with, dark orbs trail over your figure and i notice you're quite bundled up under the blankets, wondering if you're cold or stripped down to your boxers, i also want to take a peek just to tease you but i keep my head above the blankets when i remember the bruises that still litter your body, nodding my head with a sigh;

/when you mention going back to your room an unconscious frown appears on my lips, feeling the tug of the corners a bit too late before i manage to correct my expression, but then your fingers sift through my hair and i am pointedly blanked faced, though my head still leans a bit into the touch;

/while my expression is serious there's a edge of lightheartedness to it, because as much as i like to think i'm not attached you, i would keep you at my side no matter what, slides into bed after and groans slightly when the sheets caress my cool skin, shifting onto my stomach and hugging a pillow to my face, fluffy hair flopping over my face in a boyish kind of way;

/a second night in a row to sleep with you is not something i thought would happen but i don't find myself put off by it, i even look forward to it a bit, at least the bed won't be empty;

@♙ Hwang Hyunjin /hears the soft volume of the tv as soon as i step into the room, noticing how the lights are more dimmed and besides the tv noise, when i enter further inside and spot my bed, i see your figure huddled tight in the middle and buried underneath my blankets, i almost call out but i think better of it when i realize you must have fallen asleep, my gaze slides over to the dinner table and i see my dinner set up perfectly for me, unable to stop a deep sigh from escaping when i look over at your slumped figure again, letting my heart settle for a moment before i decide to hop in the shower quickly before i have my meal, slips off upstairs as quiet as possible, it's only after my hot shower that i realize i didn't bring in a change of clothes so with only a towel around my waist i head up downstairs, growing through my dresser until i find some loose pants to slip into;

eh, see, it's a healthy meal, i got a salad. /grins, rather proud of myself
/takes the food to the table and begins to eat, occasionally biting my inner lips and sighs again when it's so quiet without you, tapping the table gently with my fingers
/after eating my spaghetti and meatballs and about half of the breadsticks, i look at the salad and groans softly before pushing the lettuce around with my fork before eating a few bites and then huffing
oh no, i've gotten too full... what if he's too hungry to play a board game.. /groans softly and decides to order you the same dinner, to be delivered in about two and a half hours, hoping to play it safe on time
/cleans up my mess and places the plates back on the tray for the maids to come and take away before yawning as i get tired and decides to remove my pants so i'm only in my boxers as i climb back into your bed, sitting up against your headboard as i watch cartoons, though slowly i slink down into the bed and before i know it, i'm curled up on my side in the center of the bed, hugging the excess blanket that's not strown over my body, unaware as you approach your room, dinner placed on the table for you

/it's the last promise i say before i hang up, the mood suddenly not as bright and carefree buy it's back to business now, the rest of the day goes by fast enough until i realize that night has quickly fallen, the time passes by faster when i switch from the company headquarters to our other nondisclosed area, cursing a bit when i take a glance at my watch and deciding the work day must come to a close, briefly wondering if you've already fallen asleep by the time i'm driving home, the mansion is quiet when i arrive and my dress shows click gently against the marble floor when i arrive to my room;

@♙ Hwang Hyunjin /my mind lingers on you up until i get to the company headquarters, usually i'm quite one track minded when it comes to work and while i'm able to concentrate fairly well during the meetings and other priorities, occasionally my thoughts still wander back to you in my room, it's good to know you're safe there in my own space but it is odd to have to separate myself from you, i find myself wanting to head back to the mansion as soon as i can but i rationalize it's to just look after you as a courtesy, in the late afternoon and alone in my private office for the meanwhile i find myself dialing the phone to my room, puts the phone on speaker and hears the steady ring while i light up my cigarette, an awful vice but i find myself craving one, realizing i'm more on edge today than usual;
