Taehyung spent a good hour or so pacing around the mansion in boredom trying to figure something to do. It was honestly strange how much stress was eliminated from him when he came to the house, having so much free time he doesn't know what to do half the time. During his wandering he finds the library once again. Walking inside he peruse among the aisles looking over the different books. He even comes across a section that has his eyes widening. Quickly, he makes a be line for his room and is soon back with a notebook and pen. It isn't long before he has a small stack of books in his arms and makes his way to a table. He may not have gotten his degree but he can ateast keep up with his studies it seems.
/enters the library, heading straight towards the section with non-fiction thriller novels, my eyes scanning through the books one by one until they land on a particular one, pulling it out from its slot and a small smile appears as i’ve finally found the book i’ve read about online and was also highly recommended; i hug onto the book, eyes darting from one empty spot to another as i had many options i could choose from to have some quiet time, and finally, i pick a spot just by a window where the sunlight hit, settling down on the ground, my knees hugged close to my chest as i flip open to the first page, pushing up my glasses to set it in place before i begin reading the book in hand.

wh.. why do you want to take care of us? don't the masters and princes get mad at you for it? /looks away with my own experiences of princes or masters not allowing others to check on me
/furrows my brows together some at the thought of you being bigger than them gives me a slight sense of protection, offering a soft laugh
/eventually gives in and nods
okay.. we can get it checked, it should just need ice though, this isn't that bad.
@♙ Hwang Hyunjin *nods a bit and smiles as I sit down and just relax a bit, wanting you to be comfortable around me* I bet, I mean I am 40 and a slave but still haven't had anyone want to buy me which is fine, it can leave me to take care of others and pair people up. not many masters or princes want someone that is bigger then them in height *chuckles a little before smiling warmly at you, humming a bit before I frown as I look at your cheek* we really should get ice on that...I don't want it to get bad...please...let me take a look at it

/lightly rolls my eyes and looks away only to move away when you keep talking to me
/listens to you quietly, hearing your name buzz around the others as a slave and starts to relax a little
/looks at you and lightly nods, letting you approach me as i look away, lightly covering my cheek as it still stings
i-i've heard your name.. the others talk about you... /says softly, looking to you again
@♙ Hwang Hyunjin *puts my hands up at this, before I kneel down and smile softly at you before I seem to chuckle a bit* I may look big but I assure you that I am a slave and not a prince...I am not going to hurt you, I just want to get that treated before it becomes worse than it is *looks worried as I want to reach out to look it over but I don't want to touch you and set you off* my name is Jason, one of the few older slaves here...I tend to look after all those younger then me for times like this

/instantly crouches down to protect myself from anything else that you may do to me

/begins backing away when you come closer to me
/looks up before lashing out at you, the princes hand print vivid on his cheek

@♙ Hwang Hyunjin *I had been in the room looking for a few new books to read while also looking for a cookbook since I did want to improve my skills. At the moment I could only cook simple things but it was better than just being able to make simple ramen dishes* I wonder if I should try baking today…that should be fun *smiles at this but stops when I hear someone and frowns more at this point, going to watch and grits my teeth at this, hating how the princes are so stuck up sometimes. When they leave I move over and look at you, approaching you slowly* are you okay? We should get some ice for that

/huffs quietly as i'm sitting against the bookshelf until a prince steps in and began to demand that i move
/bows my head softly and walks scoots a bookshelf away so he could look at the books
/the prince gets upset as i didn't technically get up to move, groaning softly i stand up, pick up the books i had pulled out and move to the end of the hallway asking him 'better?'
/the prince storms up to me and strikes across the cheek, causing me to stumble back and hold the stinging cheek, though i don't strike back at him as he leaves
