He is, yep!
So, since everyone's a hybrid, he does have some features showing at all times. His most prominent feature would be the feathers in his hair that draw into the soft points owls have - he has have a bit sharper of nails which he gets self conscious about. The picture does match + those things. He doesn't shift very often, only when he's far away because he doesn't enjoy it.

well he does sound like the best candidate then. ooh I see he's a hybrid too. so how does that work here, I mean does he look like the photo, or an owl bear or some cross between the two. or is it that he can take on a human form when he wants. I know Kitsunes can do all of those, but not sure about the other races and helps to know what my character sees when they run into him.

He's probably my most normal muse - generally pretty friendly, social, smart. The type that can fit into any crowd.

byeongkwan could also work, in that she could of been subscribing to game steams and paid for a few of the more girly outfits. so might be fun to get them thrown together.

I do intend to make my char a uni student, and looking to get a job at the bookstore. though being as there's a murder scene going on there might be better to a college thing, I do see you got some college student characters. perhaps one of them can get pulled into a group project with my char to get things started.
