ooc its known as the taiwan observatorium but its sinister and modern enough that imma make it junmyeon's tower: a piece of the fortune he inherited from the last of the noble family that he was inducted to. the typical inhabitants other than his typical house cleaning army are the militant guards who are stationed in this part of town as per prince sehun's order, perhaps-- idk we're working on it. its colloquially called the "light house" for its ominous yellow glow at night, and because it's tall but not as tall as sehun's castle - perhaps it's only about half way there.
