@❥ ⌜ nyx. ⌟ Dove stared at him for a moment, as if trying to figure out if he was teasing or if he fully knew why he was here; it wouldn't really benefit him to lie, would it? 'Thanks,' he muttered softly, eyes narrowing briefly before he was paying more attention to settling at his table, pulling his legs up to cross them, basically bundling into the blanket with a small yawn. 'That sounds nice,' he finally answered with a nod, 'take your time.' Trailing off, he looked out of the frosted windows, nearly hidden in the blanket.

@❥ ⌜ dove. ⌟ Nyx blinked a little, trying to think of why anyone would be traveling to the coldest region ever and definitely not dressed to the occasion. He pursed his lips slightly as his eyes lit up as if a bell just went off in his brain. “Oh- uhm well.. whatever the decision was.. I hope you can enjoy your time here for as long as you’re able to.. I would show you around but.. it does get quite cold around here..” he said smiling softly “then hot chocolate would be perfect! I can make it extra chocolatey and get you some cookies along with it” he said, watching as the other settled at one of the tables. “It would.. only be a couple minutes!”

@❥ ⌜ nyx. ⌟ Dove thought for a few seconds before chuckling weakly, gesturing to himself. 'And.. what do you think when someone of my status decides to show up in the most miserable place in the world?' He smiled weakly, wondering if he'd get the hint he was trying to give. He shook his head a little, listening and blinking up at him. 'I do.. I love sweet things,' he answered softly with a couple of nods, sinking further into the blanket. Glancing behind him, he showed a tiny smile, mumbling 'okay' before trotting off to settle at one of the tables.

@❥ ⌜ dove. ⌟ Nyx blinked and nodded “I see.. I just feel like it’s.. an odd choice.. it’s really cold over here and I don’t really see people from other areas travel this way” he said, blinking a little “oh.. you haven’t? Uhm do you like sweet things? I could make you some coffee if you prefer something on the less sweet side” he said, smiling softly when the other took the blanket. “I can bring everything out once they’re ready, please have a seat~”

@❥ ⌜ nyx. ⌟ He knew that look and something about it made him feel uneasy but he was pleasantly surprised when it didn't end with him being bombarded with questions or even kicked out. Considering the question, he assumed the news hadn't reached the entirety of Haven just yet. 'Just... traveling?' he smiled weakly, knowing it sounded like a lie. 'I've never had... hot chocolate?' he mumbled, blinking a few times. Dove was more than happy to accept the blanket, pulling it over his cloak with a wrinkle of his nose. 'Thanks.. I'm not, uh.. used to this cold.'

@❥ ⌜ dove. ⌟ Nyx blinked when the other looked up at him and tilted his head. He leaned down a little, squinting his eyes slightly only to straighten up with a small gasp "o-oh! What brings you all the way here..?" he asked, looking around at the currently empty display cases. He smiled softly and nodded "oh of course I can make you something warm to drink? Coffee? Tea? Hot chocolate?" he asked as he looked around to grab a blanket that was laying at the counter and handed it to the other "you can use this to warm up if you'd like!"

@❥ ⌜ nyx. ⌟ Being who he was and where he was from, Dove couldn't help but stare up at the latter, blinking a few times in awe at what had to be at least a foot and a half of a height difference. He'd never met a creature so much bigger than him but the sizes of the stores counters made a lot more sense. Shifting his weight, he nudged his hood off with a wrinkle of his nose, not even sure how to answer the question, the chill over his frame evident. 'Uh.. ' he began, clearly at a loss for words; what was he really expecting? 'Do you have anything.. just.. to help warm up?' He questioned, teeth chattering a bit and he knew he looked like a tourist at that point, as someone who'd only stepped into Y'sanora once in his life.

@❥ ⌜ dove. ⌟ Nyx had just opened the bakery, rustling about and getting everything ready. Humming softly to himself as he saw that everything was where it should be, he went to the kitchen to bake up the daily specials and the normal breads and desserts to be in the display case. Setting everything in the oven and setting the timers, he sat down on his chair and watched as the desserts and cookies baked, filling the kitchen with smalls of flour and sweetness that made him smile.

He blinked and checked the clock when he heard the ring from the counter and stood up, his head tilting slightly. He peeked out to the counter with a small sheepish smile before stepping out "oh! Hello.. everything is still in the oven but what can I get you?" he asked, taking careful steps towards the counter and looking down at the ohter who stood on the other side.

@❥ ⌜ nyx. ⌟ To say he was freezing was an understatement, pearlescent white skin covered in goosebumps as his frame shivered violently, teeth clicking in an almost comical way. Dove was fine with cold weather but when it came to the wasteland that was Y'sanora, he was proven just how high his tolerance was and he was regretting the direction he'd decided to run to; why did he think it was a good idea to not go to Omitheas, again? 'Can't feel my ears,' he mumbled to himself, a hand raising to rub the pointed tips in attempt to regain feeling. He was doing good to keep his balance as he more or less tiptoed through the town, most of the people out going about their business and he was thankful for that, the last thing he needed was his face to be seen and a commotion start. Spotting the only place that seemed like it could offer any warmth, he slipped past a few people and opened the door to a small bakery, stepping aside with a small hum as the warmth hit him like a brick wall.

Looking around, he pulled the hood a little further before making his way up to the counter, looking around curiously. He couldn't help but note the difference in table sizes or the fact the counter seemed to almost be up to his collarbone - who possibly ran this place? He didn't think on it too much further before reaching to carefully touch the tiny bell. 'Hello? Is, uh.. anyone here?'
