Christmas event | End of year awards+more
What is up my beautifuls! I do apologise for the delay on launching the Christmas event. Some things happened in life that kept me away but finally I could finish off what the admin has been working on for the last couple weeks, which is the Christmas Event!
CHRISTMAS:
There will be a Secret Santa event happening! If you would like to participate, please be sure to comment which face claims you'd like to enter before December 16th 12:00am AEST and once admins have drawn out the names, 9s and 2b will message you with who you are getting gifts for and on Boxing Day (December 26) through to New Years, we can play the game of "who was my secret santa!" A little more information in the Secret Santa room; again don't forget to comment on this announcement if you want to partcipate + as who. YES you can list all your characters if you have more than one.
Other rooms that have been added for the Christmas event include the toasty Common Room, a Christmas Spam room, another claw machine - this one is all plushies this time, a complete the lyric game room and an elf on the shelf hunt mini game!
END OF YEAR AWARDS:
Admins are currently working on getting together the list of categories for the End of Year awards we sent out a survey for in the past. Those of you who were comfortable with having something sent to them, if you are winners of the categories, 9s will contact you about sending prizes and if you are someone who is uncomfortable with that outcome, don't worry, there will be exclusive stickers for you as well of course as bragging rights!
ADVERTISING:
Admins are aware that our family is getting smaller, and we are working on getting Celestial out there once more to try and improve the experience here. If anyone would like to help out with advertising, please contact 9s otherwise 9s and 2b are getting the roleplay name out there best we can with our own life obligations getting in the way.
AFFILIATES:
Affiliations are something I'm working on with admins of other roleplays. What is affilates? They are something no one really does on rpr anymore for various reasons, but something that I was fond of back in the day when I first joined in 2012. Basically, it's where admins of other roleplays advertise a roleplay somewhere in the foreword to help spread the word and encourage new people to check out things they might be interested in. This is a both ways transaction, meaning there are links leading to and from both (or more) roleplays. Currently I'm talking out affilates with two friends of mine who also run roleplays.
NEW ROOM:
Social Feed: A new room has been added to the Fun Chattels! It's a "website" feed themed room that any one in the roleplay can contribute too as if they were updating their Instagram or Twitter. You can post photos, status or anything to help immerse you and others in your chosen face claim. So please don't be shy to use it!
