This is the announcement that will conclude this event. I just want to say a big thank you to those who participated in the event!
Who the hell is Armageddon?
After conducting a full investigation on Changkyun Im and Officer Changmin Shim, the police have found no substantial evidence that could connect them to the abduction of Detective Bright Chivaaree, Prosecutor Moon Byulyi, Youngho Seo, Chungha Kim, Ariana Grande, and Yein Jung. Both of their alibis were checked out as true.
The Lavande Police Department currently has no leads regarding the true identities of Armageddon. Which is brings us this question: Who the hell is Armageddon? Although the hostages are now safe, there is no telling that these kidnappings will finally come to a stop. For now, Lavande must stay alert and watch out for any suspicious activity.
The Lavande Police Department is encouraging a curfew, however the Mayor of this town refuses to do so, for he does not want to take away our freedom. All he asks is that we stay safe. Keep the doors locked. Do not go out late at night alone. Hopefully this week of paranoia has come to a close.
Even if the kidnappers are still loose...

▹ Yein Jung and Ariana Grande were kidnapped.
Thursday, May 28
▹ A breaking news report airs following the three kidnappings.
▹ Armageddon sends out three hints pertaining to their identity.
▹ The Lavande Police Department interrogates the residents of Casia about their suspicions.
▹ Armageddon releases three video tapes of Byulyi Moon, Ariana Grande, and Bright Chivaaree "confessing".
▹ Byulyi Moon is released with an invitation from Armageddon to the tenants of Casia.
Friday, May 29
▹ A small group of Casia residents raid the warehouse.
▹ That group gets locked in with yet another clue to solve.
▹ The tenants escape with the hostages, and Armageddon says goodbye.
▹ A breaking news report airs.
▹ The Lavande Police Department conducts an investigation against Changmin Shim and Changkyun Im, but find no substantial evidence to implicate them.
▹ Armageddon remains a mystery.
❲ The Set Up ❳
The Dice Roll
▹ The roles were chosen by a simple dice roll. The kidnappers & hostages were chosen by fate.
▹ The targets were chosen by the kidnappers.
The Outcome
▹ The responses in the interrogation room determined which suspects were investigated. Because we couldn't put someone behind bars (since kidnappings warrant 8 years in jail), we wanted you guys to implicate one another. Either way, no substantial evidence was found.
▹ No one in Casia has any idea who the kidnappers are. And they probably never will, if the group remains quiet...
The Effect
▹ Paranoia permanently settles in the town of Lavande. Trust is broken, relationship dynamics have changed.
▹ Many of your stories now have more depth.
▹ And yes, this holds a permanent record in Lavande's history.
The grand reveal. Your characters won't know this, though. Better luck next time, right?
Byulyi Moon: Does a role in law justify what I have done?
▹ Alibi: Lalisa Manoban, Matthew Kim, her little sister (NPC), tenants in the Lounge.
She was around when she needed to be. She helped with the riddles. She played both sides, but we both know where her loyalties lie.
▹ Role: Deception. Well, she was tied up half the time. Staging a capture was easy. Getting a cut on her neck? That's what sold this forgery. But that's what makes her so good at her job, right?
The Ears. She relayed whatever information she got from the lounge and informed her associates whenever she could.
Jennie Kim: No one could've seen this coming but myself.
▹ Alibi: Geunhee Kim & Taehyung Kim.
She was never around, but that wasn't exactly unusual of her. She spent most of her time with her beloved family, so how could anyone suspect her?
▹ Role: Torture. The taunting? The distorted laughter? She was present when the others weren't. The warehouse was her playground; the hostages were her playthings. The taser and knife were her weapons—of course, to secure her own safety.
Matthew Kim: I always seem to slip by undetected.
▹ Alibi: Byulyi Moon, Lalisa Manoban, the tenants in the lounge.
He was around when he needed to be. A quiet presence, it was easy to suspect him. Except, he was at work when he needed to be. He answered Lisa's texts and calls. He was in the lounge when the clues were sent.
▹ Role: The brawn. As strong as the girls may be, this man did all of the heavy lifting. He was in the playground when poor Youngho Seo managed to free himself of his restraints.
The Ears. When Byulyi was "kidnapped", this man took over. He relayed information to Jennie, and together, they carried out their mission. But of course, they had already planned everything out.
Their Motive: To cleanse the world of impurities. To reveal their hostages' and targets' darker side within them; to have them be relieved of unspoken sins. We wanted a confession. That's all we wanted. As for the rest of you...we wanted to see how quickly you would betray one another. Point fingers at each other. This is the darkness we wanted to expose. You're all sinners, and now it's for the world to see...

Please please please show some love to the kidnappers (listed above) of this event. They have worked really hard to make the event interesting with their amazing creativity! Their riddles had a lot of us stumped, so bravo to them!
