okay, so idk if you guys know, but the rose came out with a new song. i love their music, truly, i think they're great, but this 'tribute' to jonghyun ain't it
i haven't seen the mv myself tbh and i don't think i will now that i'm aware of the contents; apparently there's polaroid images of jjong flashing in the bg during the mv of their emo comeback. the song is literally about depression and loneliness and they stick jonghyun in there like he's some sort of poster boy for depression ?? is that how people remember him ? i don't understand. i mean, maybe i can sort of see where they were going with this, but it makes me feel so ing uncomfortable. jonghyun is so much more than his depression.
seriously. i'm so tired of dealing with people being disrespectful to him and to his fans. that probably wasn't their intention but it hurts me a lot and the more I think about it, the angrier i feel
i was told that a member is a fan of him. idk about you, but as a fan, i sure don't want to emphasise that fact that jonghyun is no longer with us because he couldn't beat his depression.
