hello. 

as most of you probably already know, i'm trying to open a mafia!au rp and all seven teasers are released now, plus the reservation blog which you can find here if you haven't reserved yet already. 

now, i have the unfortunate news of announcing that i'll be delaying the rp's opening. i know i promised a lot of you that i'll open it today, but due to complications, i'll need to make some amendments before i can properly release the rp to the public. i want to make this rp as perfect as possible, and after going through with some friends who expressed concerns over certain functions in the rp, i decided to open the rp a bit later than the scheduled time. 

i deeply apologise for this sudden announcement. 

although, since i'm here now, i might as well make a few things clear about the rp i'm about to open. for those of you who have made your reservations, you probably already saw that i added the application form at the end of the reservation blog so that all of you can prepare the application and just apply once the rp is open. now, i want to state a few things that can help you in your application and make sure it fits the universe of the gang and makes sense. 

without further ado, let's go-

first things first, we have seven gangs. aureo rosa, a ion ring; avaddon, a drug dealing cartel; chrysos vasilias, a loan shark operation; corvus, a hitman organisation; latrodectus, an organ harvesting gang; rattenfanger, an illegal trafficking circle; and olhos verdes, a cyber crimes confederation. the gangs with taken top positions or non-playable positions are as listed below: 

• avaddon 
  • boss (npc) 
  • second-in-command (cho seungyoun) 
• chrysos vasilias 
  • ​​​​​​​boss (han seungwoo) 
• corvus 
  • boss (lee taeyong) 
• rattenfanger 
  • ​​​​​​​boss (npc) 

also, i will say this now. to those of you who have shown me your application form and i saw your positions which includes the top spot, i didnt add them. why? because i'm playing this fair and square. i work on a first-come, first-serve basis. if you're late to apply for your position, then there's nothing i can do about it. hence, please prepare a backup bio in case the position you want is taken and this can affect your character's overall background. i don't care if you're on my friends list, i won't be giving you special treatment just because of that. 

now, for the second part, information on each gang and their positions: 

• aureo rosa 
  • ​​​​​​​pimp 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of keeping tabs on es and assigning them to clients
  • scouters 
    • ​​​​​​​the members who search for women to 'hire' into their gang 
  • es 
    • ​​​​​​​the prize of the gang, workers; only eight will be available once the rp opens
    • ​​​​​​​no male es. only females. i'm not sorry. 
• avaddon 
  • ​​​​​​​manufacturers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of mass-producing the drugs
  • dealers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members who goes onto the street to perform drug dealing 
  • benefactors 
    • ​​​​​​​the influential or basically rich individuals involved in providing the necessary ingredients to the manufacturers; they aren't technically in the gang, but they're involved in gang activities either way 
• chrysos vasilias 
  • ​​​​​​​advisors 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of 'advising' the needy citizens and potential victims
  • attackers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members who do the dirty job of causing mayhem to individuals who fail to pay up their loan 
  • managers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members that transfer money from the gang's account to their victims'
• corvus 
  • ​​​​​​​receptionist 
    • ​​​​​​​the people you call when you want someone gone; they'll then assign one hitman to fulfil your needs
  • hitman 
    • ​​​​​​​the men in action, the apple of the gang's eye; only eight will be available once the rp opens 
    • most of them were recruited when they were under the age of 15, so they could be trained while their minds were still developing to become lethal killing machines 
    • if these children produce less than favourable results, they can be killed 
    • these children were either picked up from the street, taken from orphanages or bought from black markets 
    • their due age is 18- if they do not produce results by that age, they'll be executed and removed 
  • trainers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of training children into becoming hitmen 
    • they're cruel, ruthless, and won't hesitate to hurt a child 
• latrodectus 
  • ​​​​​​​secretaries 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of making sure organs are in tip-top condition 
  • surgeons 
    • ​​​​​​​the members who are professional in operating on human bodies and retrieve organs 
  • sellers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members that will sell the organs 
• olhos verdes 
  • ​​​​​​​hackers 
    • ​​​​​​​the ones who can hack into your device system and obtain important information on individuals or even highly-guarded government operations; only eight will be available once the rp opens 
  • scammers 
    • ​​​​​​​the ones who scams poor citizens off their money 
  • writers 
    • ​​​​​​​the ones writing fake news or leaking government-hidden information to the public 
• rattenfanger 
  • ​​​​​​​traders 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of ensuring the trafficked goods will be sold in the markets
  • transporters 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of the imports and exports of products and making sure the police won't catch them 
  • scavengers 
    • ​​​​​​​the members in charge of hunting for trafficked goods, be them prized objects from a shop or a random passer-by 

now that all of you have a little information about the gangs and their positions with a short description of their requirements, i will be moving on to the application form itself. i just want to make a few add ons as to what you need to fill out in your application: 

• personality 
  • ​​​​​​​3 good & 3 bad
  • write in point form
  • elaborate on each trait 
    • ​​​​​​​ex: snarky - ten is sarcastic and due to his straight forward nature, he could come off as insensitive and a jerk 
• background 
  • point form also, 5 minimum 
  • include how you join the gang, if you plan on being a mafia member 
  • please state your age for each important points in the character's life, including at what age they joined the gang 
  • this is a dark rp, please keep glorification away; your character may join a gang because they want to, but please also think about certain positions where non-consent applies 

okay, i think that's all you need to know for the rp and what to add in your application. remember, prepare at least 2-3 bios in the case the position you want has already been taken by someone else.
