so this is ??? day 3 or sumn of me looking for a twin to my main muse in deviants, which is a super fun superpower-based oc rp which has been taking over my entire rpr existence because it's just so so good. what's even more fun is that they allow twinning fcs and my love for the doomed siblings trope made me think huh, having twins with a light/dark motif but with a twist would be fun. little did i know that it's going to ruin my life and lead me into utter desperation for a twin to do this plot with. tl;dr it's literally this post:

faceclaim: bae jinyoung (cix).
oc name: cho dalbit / puppeteer.
superpower: shadow manipulation.
summary: younger of the two. he looked up to his twin brother as a role model and was content with being in his shadows—until they grew older and their morals started to differ. dalbit chose to redeem himself after living his whole life as a dangerous juvenile criminal, and worked as a government-affiliated superhero under the codename "puppeteer" throughout his late teen years. he decided that the life wasn't for him, however, and retired from his position as soon as his initial contract ended. he is now an outer (neutral party) who works as a kindergarten teacher, but still engages in the hero business every now and then as a freelancer (albeit to a lesser extent than when he was doing it full-time).
notes: this is my character, dalbit (aka puppeteer), whom you will be twinning with. the above is just a brief tl;dr and does not encapsulate his entire character. it's important that you familiarize yourself with him as well if you're interested in the connection. full details are in the padlet; please heed the trigger warnings!

superpower: light manipulation.
summary: older of the two. he was caring and highly protective towards dalbit when they were kids, and was the one who helped the two of them escape their orphanage and survive on the streets. he's a prodigy who awakened and gained full control of his power at a very young age and much earlier than dalbit. they turned to a life of crime which soon escalated into serious business, targeting those who they (him, mostly) deem to have misused and abused their power. unlike dalbit, however, he has a skewed sense of justice and continued down the villain path. their sibling relationship fell apart and he now considers dalbit one of his worst—if not his actual worst—enemies.
notes: this is the character skeleton for the twin, essentially. again, please read the padlet for the full details (under "the light" section furthest to the right) and heed the warnings. i try to leave as much room as possible for you to get creative on where you'd like to take this character but that's the gist of it. literally pls just talk to me about your ideas bc chances are i'd say yes.
