@ω Lee Taemin I would buy the expensive TI-84. I believe they're allowed in for SAT/ACT (if you live in America and have to take those tests) and they last. Unfortunately, I had a technical issue with mine but I sent it back to the company and they gave me a refurbished one that works just fine. My cousin who's moving onto grad school soon(ish) still has his working 84

@α Amber Liu I can't. My teacher won't allow me a TI-89. Besides, I am going into a special arts school so I probably won't even need to take normal requisite courses. Lord knows why I'm even bothering with AP Calculus >.>

@ω Lee Taemin if you plan to go any higher in mathematics than AP Calc my recommendation would be to purchase a TI-89. It's only slightly more expensive that the 84 and it has an expanded program base from which you can build new programs and preform complex statistical analyses and integration (plus when you are required to take a stats class in college it will make computing everything SO much simpler).
