RLO
The Red Light Organization, or alternatively known as RLO, is a government-funded group who are hired to seek and hunt down deviated androids.
Over the past years, the group has increased due to the alarming numbers of deviated androids. The organization works hand-in-hand with the police department of Seoul. They function as a special unit, but they handle work independently. Despite their frequent occasions with the police department, the government only asks for the organization’s assistance. The group operates on their own interests.
The hiring system for RLO works the same as any federal military academy. Humans are required to meet at a standard in order to be considered an applicant. However due to the increasing amount of deviants, androids are now taken in for the job.
Androids under RLO are authorized to have weapons under human supervision.

PDOS
The Police Department of Seoul, or alternatively known as PDOS, is a federal government-issued police force. They work with the government to portol the city from any dangers. Occasionally, human officers are equipped with androids, but that is a rarity.
Androids under PDOS are authorized to have weapons under human supervision.
