WEBTOON
Instead of just roleplaying a company that is making webtoons we decided to actually attempt and make one ourselves! Everyone in the company is welcomed to attend production meetings and bring ideas to the table and join our editing team and contribute in the making of the webtoon too.

Once we start on the project a meeting will be held in character, there we will discuss the prologue of the webtoon and share ideas as for how it can continue from that point. We will gather the best ideas and everyone will have a chance to vote to determine how our first chapter will look like.
The first chapter will likely be an introduction of the main character but from that chapter on we could try a variety of plots and scenarios, each chapter could have a different genre if we would like it to! The crazier the plot the more fun we will have creating it together. And we could always draw ideas from real-life events taking place in our roleplay (so make sure to be active and present IC if you want to star in the webtoon!).
Once we have a rough idea of how we want the chapter to go, we will start to put the webtoon together. To create the webtoon we will use pictures—depending on the scenarios we will order everyone to help us to search photos to use (read more about that here) and once we collected all the pictures we need, our main editor will put them all together to create the chapter. Once the chapter is complete we will move to the next one.

THE PLOT
As the roleplay title suggests the webtoon our office is currently producing is called "Our boss from hell”—it will be heavily inspired from the events occurring in our chaotic office. The main plot follows a simple story, a hell-sent devil who became the boss of a big company and is making his coworkers life hell. The webtoon will follow his employee's stories, each chapter focusing on a new character. How the story goes and ends is all in your hands! In our meetings we will keep discussing the development of the plot and the best ideas will be selected. Everyone can have a hand in changing the fate of our little story.
★ Do note that the employee of the office might notice the resemblance of their own boss and the one in the webtoon but they aren’t aware that it's the same person nor that the people appearing in the webtoon are their coworkers.

To make things both more fun and easier—the characters we will use in the webtoon will be actual people from the roleplay as we will be using actual pictures of them and put them into the webtoon. For that reason, we unfortunately can’t use characters who are either an ulzzang or a model, or an idol who’s a rookie with not enough pictures available to use.
For each chapter we will try to pick new faces! If one of your characters already starred in the previous chapter you likely won’t be in the next one. We will try our best to be fair about the selection but in general the most actively invested in the creation of the webtoon will be selected. If you want to be in the webtoon you should help us to work on it in the first place.
