sounds like when i trained my dog, giving him rewards. /laughs faintly, reaching for one of the menus brought to our table./ i worked out before, i had to, for all the physical exams i had to take during academy. but i just got lazy now. but new year new me stuff, so i will try to hit the gym again. /leans back on my chair, already decided with my order./ what are you guys gonna have? i ll go for a salmon mix, some sashimi, nigiris and a miso soup.

You know the beginning might be tough but maybe guve yourself a reward after making baby steps in the beginning. Maybe something delicious to eat, some you time, watching a good movie. That helps pople to motivate when they know they will get a reqard later on

/leads the way to the japanese restaurant and once there i find us a table for four. sits down first, signaling to a waiter to bring us some menus./ i'll take any tips you can give. though my issue remains laziness. i just need to view working out as having fun but its tough

Well its a lot. I always do a few reps from shoulder press down to leteral raises. I try to change every day the focus on which body part i train. Oh and mr.police officer if you want to i can give you some tips for some workouts of you like

it's been a long time since sohee got to meet with people that wasn't inside her circle of friends, so she's nervous - but excited, nonetheless - to meet those that were in the cupid chat. telling her driver to stop the car in front the mall and declining to be picked up, she tried to find a cluster of people that were waiting at the mall's entrance, eyes squinted and curious. luckily, they were somehow easy to find, so she waltzed her way towards them, unsure but determined. is this.... the cupid chat guys?

as he types in his last reply, he quickly hails a taxi cab and went straight to the mall entrance. there he saw some familiar faces - not sure if he got the correct name but he waved a hand over the two guys over the corner and jogs his way towards them. hey guys!

*puts my hands into my pockets of my jacket as i make my way to the mall once there i look around scanning the crowd of people for familiar faces until i spot one and approach him*
