New characters
there is currently no limit to how many characters you can have as long as you keep them all active. the is subject to change at admins discretion.
○ you may have up to 2 muses from the same group if the member count is 5+, if the member count is 9+ the muse limit is 3. members who have left their groups and groups who have disbanded are an exception to this rule.
○ 2nd characters are free. 3rd characters require an upvote and a blog post. 4th characters and beyond require 2 active threads and all current characters.

Character Change
you are only allowed 3 CCs per month per character. the first CC is free, with every CC after costing 100 points. Temp CCing is allowed for free twice a month and lasts for 2 weeks. however, you MUST return to your original faceclaim if someone reserves your TCC.
○ please note that character change refers to muse changes, name changes, species changes and occupation changes.
