Cho Seungyoun, in short: just another beta living in Big Alpha's world.
Seungyoun, at length: the biggest problem you'll never want to meet, but will suffer meeting regardless, because god does not smile upon you. Despite his status as a beta, he presents himself like an alpha but truly doesn’t give a single , because he doesn’t need to be an alpha to bring you to your knees.
important things to note:
- legally, Seungyoun works with the police department, but NOT for; he acts as an on-call criminal profiler and psychologist, both to profile the criminals themselves and also verify state of mind of the officers. This is intentional, because he can choose what to tell the cops and what to withhold, and can effectively keep himself (and anyone he's fond of or working with) off their radar.
- illegally, Seungyoun is part of a crime family. He's an illegal street racer (both bikes and cars), grifter, gambler, and a multitude of other things. It's all illegal, and he maintains various aliases that he goes by depending on what he's doing.
- Seungyoun also LEGALLY races motorcycles, but not often. illegal racing is much more profitable and entertaining for him.
- Your character's alignment determines what you know of his profession and abilities. Do not cross IC and OOC and have your character know more than he should.
- He has his fingers in SO many pies. If it's illegal, he's probably involved in some way.
- He's also taken care to keep his identities during these illicit activities fairly separate, donning disguises of a sort and monikers to identify himself. So if he's ever as the one behind one act or another...well, he's just losing an identiy, not his entire empire.
