how evaluations work:

evaluations will be given each month to showcase different skills or talents that each trainee is working on. evaluations are not required, but the completion of evaluations will increase the likelihood of debut (even if your luck isn't too good). 
if you write a post about your performance, you will receive additional activity points and the likelihood of debut will be increased even more.

to show the evaluation was completed, you only have to roll the dice. the result of your roll is listed below.

1 = best performance
2 = outstanding performance
3 = good performance
4 = average performance
5 = okay performance
6 = bad performance
