@°ғᴀɴ° li yuze seonu adjusted her back around her shoulder and body, opening it to pull out her wallet. she thought nothing of the situation at first, the interaction seemingly normal from the beginning. however, as she opened her wallet, she noticed the quietness of the younger man in front of her. her eyes glanced up to meet his own widened eyes staring back at her. once she saw the look, she knew she had been discovered, and there was no reason to try to deny it being her, she was never really good at lying anyway.

she just gave a small smile that reached her eyes since she had the mask on. she was quick to shake her head, taking out bills from her purse. "no, no, I will pay for the book, it's okay. how much do I owe you?" she asked, spreading her bills out a bit to be able to grab the amount she needed. while she doesn't hate being recognized by her fans, she loves being able to meet her fans, she could never be a person to abuse her fame to get things for free. it's happened a small amount of times to her, and while she appreciates the support, she'd couldn't accept it no matter what.

@°ᴡᴏɴᴅᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅ° chae seonu At first the greeting seemed normal as Yuze began to put in the cost of the book in the store's system. Afterwards, he scanned the title and smiled at it. It was one of his favorites, he'd noticed. And lifting his head he was ready to make a comment before a sort of realization seemed to send a jolt through his body. This was not happening right now, he thought. His eyes were now wider than before, his body more tense. Even with the mask on, there was no mistaking that she had to be Chae Seonu.

Being an avid fan of wonderland, he'd imagined what it would be like running into one of the members. Never did he actually imagine this happening in real life, however. Only in his little fantasies where they'd become best friends and frolic around talking about interests. His reaction was definitely not what he'd thought it would be. He was nowhere near being as cool and collected as he thought he'd have been, and instead became an awkward little mess. "Is...uh...you can have- on the house..? This isn't food.." He mumbled, his voice softer as he tried to think of what to do or say that would make him seem like a normal person.

@°ғᴀɴ° li yuze seonu had really been looking for a good book to take up some of her free time. she had asked some of her fans for book recommendations and read up on some of the descriptions before finding a few she had liked. despite knowing it probably would have been easier for her to have ordered the books from online, she had been busy these days and felt she hadn't had time to go outside aside from her schedules. so, sporting a mask and hat, she made her way to the bookshop in the area, hoping she was able to find one of the books she had been looking for.

she spent her time scanning the book shelves, enjoying the ambiance of the shop, the quiet music calming her. she made a pleased sound as she was finally able to find one of the books on her list, pulling it off the shelf and looking over the cover and spine. humming at her selection, she moved to make her way to the checkout counter. not noticing a worker in the area, she reached to ding the bell in front of her. after she noticed the young worker come behind the counter, she smiled behind her mask. "hi, just this for me please."

A small sigh escaped Yuze's lips as he dusted off some bookshelves. The day had been a long one, having dealt with an odd amount of angry customers. Working in a bookshop he hadn't experienced very many angry customers. Most of the people who came through were rather well mannered, soft spoken, or just friendly in general. Yuze scrunched his nose as he remembered the last few customers who'd come in. Was there some weird event coming up that he was unaware of? Why were so many angry customers coming in and taking their frustration out on him?

He finished dusting after a while, the realization that he was stuck on the same spot for over five minutes being the driving force alongside the sound of a bell which sat right by the counter for when someone needs to be checked out. "I'll be right there," He called out, tucking the feather duster underneath his arm and quickly shuffling behind the counter to plaster a fake and yet oddly convincing smile on his face to help cash this person out.
