District One

 

District One is the district of luxury. It is located the closest to the Capital. District one is full of stylists, masseuses, singers, and dancers. While the other districts are forced to do hard labor, and ship in the materials to the Capital, this district sends the work force to the capital to entertain and relax the people of the Capital. Even though district one is known for its beauty and luxury, They still face hard ships and trouble with peacekeepers, just not near as bad as the other districts.
