District Eleven

 

District eleven sits just below district 12. This district by far has the most strict peace keepers. All students are forced to quit school and help harvest the crops when the harvest monthes come around. Though they are allowed to start school again after those monthes, but that throws them behind. The peacekeepers keep a strong hold on everyone, and only leaves them enough food to barely survive.
