District Five

 

District five resides in the center of districts 3, 4, 9 10, and 11. It is the smallest out of all the districts. Five is connected to Three, and goes hand and hand with them. The district is litered with power plants, wire towers, and factories. They power all of Panem, and work their fingers to the bone to keep Panem lit.
