This is amazing! A great idea to work around that pesky auto resize code that's integrated into rpr's coding.

Though, another way; if you want less div containers to do the hidden system is to add 'max-width' and or 'max-height' on your image. — E.g. If the image's original height is 243px; (as seen above) add 'max-height:243px' on the image's style and it should retain the original height of the image regardless of the div's size!
