sometimes i have to wear a knee or wrist brace because of the sprains i used to get, they act up now and then

it was from playing too much games ajbhdhasj

i’m a wuss and i hate pain soooo everything hurts to me even minor bruises

pain wise

like yes when you break a bone it obviously hurts
but after the initial impact unless it’s like out of your leg it’s fine

sprains go away easily so those arent too bad

i sprained my wrists once

honestly in my opinion a sprain hurts more
