@♡ Baelric Liketi It has indeed been awhile since the last two have actually talked one on one like this, without any other interruptions with the two being considered as the royal leaders of the Liketi Kingdom. It wouldn’t hurt to spend some time with him anyways, she did enjoy when the two would be pleased by one another’s company, whether it’s conversation or whatnot. She emits a light hum as she walks over to where her husband had currently been sitting and inched over to sit down next to him by pulling the chair and taking a seat at the spot. “Ah Yeah, it has been some time.. Since our last talk, I believe? How are you doing?” She questions, her gaze glimpsing over to the male. It seemed fairly peaceful here, at least during this moment, which is good at least, less likely for somebody else to come by suddenly but you never know.

@♡ Camellia Liketi [ it's okay~ you're fine ]

to say his temper was short was to misunderstand the man who wanted to be rid of the bent necks that surrounded him. he preferred his solitude, and if earning it while keeping the fear-tinged respect of the servants meant retaining an imperious attitude than so be it. he had left his seat in favor of the narrow window slit through which a sliver of velvet dark night sky shown through. the sound of his wife's voice interrupted a quiet moment of reverie, and he turned from the window to observe her. "lovely as always." his voice held little warmth even as he paid her a compliment. he walked toward her, his hand outstretched for hers. "come, my queen, let me see you. it feels as if it's been too long since i've had the distinction of my wife's company. sit with me. drink with me."

@♡ Baelric Liketi () I’m sorry it’s late ;;

“ hm, yes? What is it?” Camellia raises an eyebrow as she turns to face the royal servant who had went over to her, as it must be because she is needed to show up at the room. ah, it has to be a particular request from her husband, baelric, but my oh my, what shall it be this time? the woman stood up from her seat in the bedroom, as she’d done a brief touchup to her hair, nothing too much, enough that she could handle on her own at least. a simple problem that could easily be fixed and that’s exactly what happened. she emits a soft sigh, nothing out of annoyance of course, no worry. “Thank you for letting me know. “ she responded, notifying the servant that he may leave the room and so that’s what he did. Just some moments later, the woman headed out of the said room and headed down to the main area, catching sight of baelric in there and she raised a brow, called out to greet him. “hello. what is it you wished to speak of?”

@♡ Camellia Liketi "no more." baelric placed his left hand over the mouth of his cup, stopping the servant at his elbow from refilling it. he turned a flinty gaze to the young man who still held the pitcher tipped as if to pour more wine onto the back of his hand. the young man said nothing, but slowly held the pitcher upright and to his chest. the king, on the other hand, looked to the second cup seated on the table. he had requested the presence of his wife in his room for the evening, if only to talk. as rarely as he called for her, he hadn't known her to ever ignore a summons. he lifted his goblet and placed the rim just before his lips, then stopped. "do we believe it's the fault of the maid in delivering the message, or her grace in receiving it?" the servant gawped, but said nothing, cut off by the tall, broad-shouldered figure of the king as he rose from his seat. "no matter. if she won't come, then take the rest to her. i have no use of it - or your presence, for that matter."

@♧ Amara Laurier Laylee had spent the day anxiously waiting. She'd spent weeks trying to find someone that would be able to find something for her, and after many dead ends, she was certain that the huntress a scullery maid had mentioned to her had to be the one that would be able and willing to find it for her. And then the tough part of finding where to send her birds too had come, but she hoped that she had been lucky.
As she waited, she stuck to a room to the side of the throne room where she kept some of her more sensitive animals, the baby birds and snakes that weren't yet ready to be moved to her zoo or atrium, and the insects that needed very specific temperatures until she was certain that they were healthy and ready to be introduced to the others. Smiling to herself, she looked over each of them, inspecting them until one of the snakelings caught her attention and caused her to frown slightly, reaching into it's enclosure and gently taking hold of it, pulling the Edie, a small silvery, iridescent snake out and allowing it to wrap around her wrist as she inspected it's scales before a tap on her shoulder came.
"She's here..." was all the maid needed to say and a grin spread across Laylee's face as she pulled her sleeves down to cover the scales of her arms but allowing the small snake to stay wrapped around her wrist as she held her hand underneath it in case it decided it wished to roam further, then she made her way to the throne room, closing the door behind her in time to see the huntress glancing around the room.
"I'm glad you made it here in good health." she spoke before the announcer had time to, noting the disgruntled look on his face. She'd never been one for such formalities. "My name is Laylee Liketi, and I've heard that you're quite the talented hunter." she grinned, her forked tongue only briefly visible as she stepped closer to the Huntress and offered a hand as a greeting. "Anyway, I hoped that you could help me? I have a varied collection of animalsss and yet one I have not managed to find anywhere, and that would be why I contacted you. Have you ever heard of a Moonblesssss Sssalamander?" she asked, tilting her head as she looked the huntress up and down, her hand absentmindedly stroking Edie's scales as she watched and watched.

@♡ Leisealia Liketi Amara didn't consider herself the most well known hunter in the region. There was other competitors that were older, sometimes stronger then her. But she guessed what could have possibly set her apart enough to gain a royals attention was her variety of skills, paired with a non-discrimination policy. Man or woman, bat or beast, if it needed caught or killed, she had no hesitations or qualms.
Walking up to the gates of the Liketi castle, her green cloak trailed her tall body, black paint stretching from her eyes to her temple. Without a word she handed a piece of paper- her cordiale invitation, to a guard. She knew her time wouldn't be wasted and her travels compensated. Whichever royal had to be serious enough to send out a bird that could locate her within the unclaimed lands, which was no easy feat. It meant the royal had to have gained knowledge from other sources to figure out a location, and even then her whereabouts moved based on the missions and the seasons.
Amara eyed the guard who read over her paper with the royal seal, smirking softly as if to agitate him while he went between her sharp gaze and the paper. They didn't have all day to try to piece together a sound argument for how the seal was forged. Another post-man walked over to see what the hold up was, to which he spoke quietly into the guard's ear to explain the meeting was in fact real and expected.
"Right this way," the knowledgeable one gestured for the huntress to step forward, to which Amara nodded to him, moving along as the pearly gates were signaled open, and she was escorted up a long set of magnanimous snow-covered stairs to the castle's entrance, the large entrance doors pouring out as the gates shut behind them, allowing Amara into the warm and calm insides of the Liketi's fortress. She didn't remove her cloak, although a servant came forward and offered to hold it for her. She simply waited for direction, to which the guard verbally told her the direction of the throne room. The huntress gave a single nod before walking down the halls, guards lining the walls like decoration as she passed.
"The Huntress Lilith," her title was accounted before the throne room doors opened, to which Amara walked through, raising her head towards the fancy chairs at the center and far wall. There was no one else in the room from what she could see, prompting her to wait to move as to see which royal in particular had called her. The queen? A prince? Surely the king would not want a huntress of her minuscule caliber to hunt someone or thing. He had men for that already.
