I think after losing a possible mate... anyone would choose to go it alone-
*stuffing the apple in my mouth, I start gathering up the blankets. tossing them on one that was spread out before wrapping it up like a sack to toss over my shoulder. only then did I take another bite of apple*

I brought 4 thick blankets, snacks...two coloring books and two boxes of crayons.
-chuckles to myself as I slowly start to put the crayons away into their box, shoving them back into my bag before picking up my books and placing them inside-
Dacre seems lonely...Part of me wonders if he is okay...

-the immediate departure from Dacre has me blink in slight confusion, before tilting my head to glance at you, the soft touch to my hair feeling nice as I speak-
I guess I should pick up my blankets and coloring stuff...huh?

*reassures the pair before reaching a hand down to comb my fingers through Mark's hair as a affectionate gesture that, to me, didn't seem over the top. my body language calm and inviting as I nod towards my comrade*

Dacre is tired, so he wills himself up and leaves quietly.

Oh, yes tomorrow is fine Dacre!
No need to feel pressured either. -quickly shakes my head as I reassure, a frown forming at my friends struggle before brown eyes dart to Christian's entrance. Surprised he found me since my phone is dead. Choosing to raise a hand with a delighted wave before scrunching my brows at his words-

“Huh?” Dacre glances to his friend and casually shakes his head no. “Nah, he’s just keeping me company. I’m beginning rut so it won’t go away. He chose to come in. Just showed a neat art page.” He gestures loosely. “But ima sleep. Rut is taking it out of me.”

*walks into the room with a brow perked, slowly bringing a half eaten apple to my lips I take a noticeable bite into it fron the dramatic crunch. my dark orbs accessed the situation as I wiped a bit of juice from my lower lip. only to flash a grin as I chew my mouthful. I walked towards Mark while looking Dacre over*
You poppin a woody in front of my husband? Should be working on getting your own instead of showing off to mine, mate~

Appreciation comes over his features. He doesn’t know what to say for a moment. “…..” His gaze looks to the coloring book as he ponders. “Tomorrow? I’m feeling a wave of exhaustion just now. If the offer is still there?..”

-my lips keep their kind smile as you take the towel despite noticing the hesistancy in your demeanor-
Its a clean towel, pal ~ And you may not be the most approachable right now but I know that you are approachable outside of your current state.
I'm not bothered by it though, I'm simply just happy to keep a friend company during a rough time. I don't have anything more important than this so its all good ~
Oh- would you like to color? I brought extra crayons and another book.

“…?” Dacre is struck with confusion by Mark’s kindness and leans forward to take the towel. He hesitates, but eventually uses it. It felt odd to wipe his sweat on someone else’s towel but he hadn’t thought to bring his own. “Oh- uh..” the joke goes over his head. “I mean, myself. You saying this is approachable?” The Were briefly gestures loosely at himself, sweaty chest, awkward under basketball shorts and all. “Something tells me that’s a no.” A bitter smile appears. “Been struggling to connect with people. So ou guarding for the sake of.” Blood shot blue eyes see artwork and he hums in approval.

Wait- what? Are you saying I'm /not/ intimidating enough to guard?
-playfully questions while I quickly shake my head, reaching over for the towel I snuck out to get for you as I hold it out to you with a smile-
Nope, just a coloring book. A physical one like when you were a kid and such.
-brings my free hand down to lightly tap the book as I show off my coloring of a rose flower-

“Guard duty?” Dacre chuckles softly. “Shouldn’t that be the other way around? I’m told I can be intimidating.. but I’m happy to say there’s no triggers which..count your blessings yeah? Coloring? That actually sounds nice, like an app?” He sits up, and rubs at a sweaty brow.

I was on guard duty for you!
I entertained myself too.
-raises my hand so I can salute cheekily before holding up a coloring book-
I was coloring while you slept ~ Did you sleep well? You definitely looked like you needed it.

Dacre cracks a small smile;"Still here huh? I'm surprised."

Dacre shifts, he'd.. fallen asleep somehow. He blinks open his eyes, the tv still on.. but was his company still there? Doubtful.

-As I'm busy shuffling around to get cozy in the covers, also laying out all the candies, chips and sandwiches I brought as I raise a hand to dismiss your words with a huge smile-
I'm okay..I put scent blockers on me and rolled around in Christians shirt before coming. It does not bother me and I know its normal for us.
I'm merely just enjoying your company and hope you feel the same way. Though if I knock out here...just start howling and maybe Christian will come because my phone died like...2 minutes ago. Heh

“My pheromones not going to uh.. bother you? Sorry I have zero control over my body right now but I can’t cover myself more than these shorts. Too hot.” Dacre states calmly, although partially embarrassed to carry an . He’s not trying to showcase it by any means, he’s simply uncomfortable.

-entering with a huge blanket and tons of pillows in hands, as well as snacks in a bag. Happily trotting over to set up a spot on the floor-
Hello ~ I came to keep you company and provide....some sort of relaxation?

Dacre rests on the couch in loose basket ball shorts, and limbs sprawled out. There’s no top on, the body is overheating. Dead eyes glance at the tv, it was going to be a long day.

Dacre had passed out from exhaustion, but woke in an uncomfortable sweat. With a exasperated sigh, he slowly sits up and eventually wills himself up off the couch to go to the first of many showers and retire for the night.

Dacre tries to settle as he begins to feel uncomfortably warm, the onset of symptoms are slow, but the anxiety makes feel worse than it is. He sits on the couch with a triple meat pizza, and watches a Netflix documentary called the Devil on Trial. It's all he can do, for now.

Dacre’s frame quietly paces the room.

mumbles as he tucks your face into his shoulder gently - carefully, bringing his fingers up to card through your strands and giving slow through your tresses with a small smile, before inching over to press a soft kiss to your lips. i love you wonbin. sleep well.
