@hwang hyunjin ᵃᵖʰʳᵒᵈⁱᵗᵉ /as soon as he arrived at the club, he instantly make his ways towards the bar as his eyes caught the familiar face. playfully rolling his eyes, he stepped closer flashing a smile to whoever walk pass him before deciding to lean against the bar ordering his favorite alcohol while his gaze shifts over to the male beside him.

@byeon wooseok ᶜᵘᵖᶦᵈ /arriving the club, he wasted no time to get through the sea of drunk and sober people, dancing or chattering away whose voices are deafened by the blasting club music. he aims towards the bar, acquiring himself a glass of whiskey and turns towards the dance floor as he sips away on his alcohol

soohyuk chortled, tickled by amusement by the older's subtle reactions. his spine buried deeper against the plush leather couch.

"I am just a text or call away now, wook hyung." he pointed out as he plucked the spare menu card laid on the table top, thumbing the edge whilst studying its contents. his brows furrowed as he deliberated amongst the myriad choice of alcoholic concoctions printed on the card and somehow, none seemed to convince him to make a prompt choice.

"ah yes. soju sounds perfect." he agreed, finally looking up and closed the card down. " what flavour do you usually drink, hyung?"

@ʟᴇᴇ ꜱᴏᴏʜʏᴜᴋ ᵛᵃᵐᵖᶦʳᵉ “I simply couldn’t help it when in the presence of a dear friend. In the future, I’ll be sure to use it more carefully.” He chuckles, dark orbs covertly surveying the area’s perimeter for any ‘swooning individuals’ Soohyuk suggested may be watching.

“I look forward to seeing more of you then, Soohyuk.” He glances from the menu back to his friend, shaking his head. “I’m not even quite sure what I want.” Dongwook brings his gaze back to the list of drinks on display, occasionally glancing at pictures that were sure to persuade him one way or another. “What about.. soju? It’s a classic and they have various flavors here. It’s best to drink with friends, don’t you think?” Dongwook asks, really not minding what sort of alcohol he consumed that evening.

"hyung wield your weapon prudently. we cannot have patrons of this bar swooning back to back at the sight of your exceedingly charming smile." he countered with playful retort and a quick elbow nudge back at the older male.

"good things take time, after all." he adds, a cocky smirk tugging the corner of his mouth. the arrogant facade quickly melting away at the earnest words uttered. "I couldn't agree more. then I'll bother you most often in the future, hyung. I'll take whatever you're having."

It’s when a familiar, deep and heartwarming voice filters its way throughout his ears. A smile worth its weight in gold automatically appearing on the elder man’s face.

“I’m afraid you did, I fear I may be turning into dust soon.” Dongwook jokes, nudging his dear friend’s shoulder with his own once he’d taken a seat. “It really is lovely to see you again, Soohyuk. As people with too much to do - and little time to relax - say, we should do this more often.” He picks up one of the available drink menus, opening it up and beginning to survey the options.

a lazy grin spreading across his fleshly tiers as he read the text. his heart seemed to harbour a perpetual fondness for the older man, a sense of unexplainable kinship of sorts.

the device found its way back inside the front pocket of his black blazer. his jaw lifted upwards and his gaze rewarded with the handsome silhouette of his companion.

"did I make you wait too long?" his inquisitive deep voice uttered from behind, ing his blazer before occupying the vacant spot beside you.

Dongwook places his phone down on the table, a soft smile present as he picks up his glass of water. He figured he wouldn’t start drinking until Soohyuk got there.
