Stories like Little Red Riding Hood, The Tortoise and The Hare, and The Little Mermaid are stories that often are learned and examined when one is a young child. The young children who partake in these stories will wish to be something similar to the characters in stories and spread the message to their children. But that's only one of the many problems. These stories are the lies Fables put in place for their own protective purposes, and lies they use to make sure humans believe. They're honestly not all they're "made up" to be; in fact, they're way more than that.

Fabletown is a town hidden and located on Jeju Island. Well known and popular heroes, villains, princes and princesses, talking animals, and even the rulers or governing figures of tales have run off in search of freedom and security, but now are forced to face the hardships of adapting to a modernized world where , violence, and an overwhelming amount of moral ambiguity are all as abundant as the air we breathe.

DISCLAIMER ✦ Admins reserve the right to reject any application we see as problematic. That being said, absolutely no ooc drama though ic drama is welcome. We are an easy going rp filled with laid back people who wish to only vibe. If you cause trouble to the point where an admin has to step in they will take action how they see fit.

MATURE CONTENT ✦ Please keep all rated images and posts in DMs and walls, and refrain from putting rated/ content in public spaces that aren't the rated chat or rated for these things. Rated discussions are not encouraged, but not prohibited. If you ever see something that makes you feel uncomfortable while in this RP, please notify the admins of what happened and make sure you use our safe word "fairyfail" when needed.

IC & OOC ✦ Keep OOC and IC separate. If the conversation is OOC and will exceed more than 5 posts, use the OOC room. If it is IC, keep it IC. You will be expected to use brackets any time you post OOC in IC spaces. Please also be civil with other participants in the RP and do not speak ill of any roleplays or roleplayers. If you have an issue that directly affects your experience in the roleplay, please approach the admin team directly to voice your concerns. OOC drama is not tolerated under any circumstance. Password is your favorite fairytale and a paraphrased rule. Please handle your issues among yourselves and involve the admins if needed. We ask that you also provide screenshots of the situation so we can better handle the issue.

LEAVING ✦ If you wish to leave the roleplay, PM an admin with the reason for your departure. Failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted from the roleplay.

INACTIVITY ✦ Inactivity is set to 15 days. You will not receive notice before you are kicked as you are responsible for your own activity. Please request a hiatus or leave instead of going inactive; hiatuses last 2 weeks.

WARNING ✦ If you get removed for inactivity, you will have to wait three days before you can come back. If you are removed a second time, you will have to wait a week. After three times, you will be banned from joining for a month. If you're ever removed for inactivity, your claims will be up for grabs again, so try to stay active if you want to keep them.

FACE CLAIMS ✦ Face claims must be 20 and older internationally. When reserving them, please follow the comment format on the left. All reservations last for 24 hours. Do not join as a face claim involved in significant scandals, someone deceased, or a face claim that does not wish to be rped. All orientations, genders, pronouns, and races are accepted here.

CHARACTERS ✦ Four characters per account. You earn your 2nd by an upvote as stated above and your third can be obtained once you have been in the roleplay for at least a week. To earn a fourth, you will need to have been in the rp for at least 3 weeks and get admin permission. You may get two characters from the same group if they have over 8 members.

MUSE HOGGING ✦ If we suspect you of muse hogging, it's because you either post once to avoid the inactive sign and then never post again, get a bunch of characters and you aren't active with all of them, etc. Should you be suspected of hogging muses, we will give you one warning and you will have to do three replies that are at least a paragraph in length over the next three days. After that, we will remove you from them.

BEFORE RESERVING ✦ Please favorite the RP before you apply.

RESERVATIONS ✦ In order to reserve a fc and role, you must comment in the following manner:

RESERVATION VALIDITY ✦ Accepted reservations are valid for 24 hours after being notified. You will have this period of time to follow through with the acceptance instructions before your claims become up for grabs again.

REAPPLYING ✦ Those removed for inactivity will be allowed to apply again after a waiting period. After your first removal, you will have a three day waiting period before you can reapply. After the second removal, you will have to wait five days. Those removed three times will be barred from reapplying for a month.
