@✦ choi san Dinner had been much anticipated that night, the growling of Seulgi’s stomach was loud enough to probably alert the monsters on the outside of the camp. Most days were like this, no matter how much people liked to say girls the height of Seulgi had small appetite, Seulgi could eat an entire horse and find herself still craving for more. Was it her fault training expended that much energy from her? It wasn’t like it going nowhere.

The Ares’ cabin plates were always quite full, though Seulgi’s were exceptionally so today. She had sat at a random table, not wanting to surround herself with her rowdy siblings when she just wanted to finish her food as fast as she could, and go to bed. She barely registered her seat partners as she sat down, hand wrapped around a chicken leg and—

The smell of gravy flooded Seulgi’s senses, as well as the brown liquid that was warm to the touch. She had felt a few other clumpy items on her body, as if someone had spilled their entire Thanksgiving dinner right on her head. She screamed out, flinging her arms and wiping at her face though it made the gravy get in her eyes and sting. The chicken leg in her hand flew off somewhere she couldn’t see, probably thwacking the camper in front of her.

@✦ son seungwan The zap made Baekhyun jump, though he'd expected it. The nut demon had zapped him one too many times during their training; he'd retaliated by sizzling the ends of her hair. They were a tom-and-jerry duo, the pair of them. He turned around to shine a glaring light at her, momentarily blinding her to make his escape. "Thank you for the treat! Much appreciated!" He hollered back as he ran to the amphitheatre, ignoring the stares of demigods, satyrs, and nymphs alike.

Then he for it, her smile disappeared when he starts to get up and goes to return the plate. She glared at the other, the last serving is gone because of him, her hands starts to spark static electricity and zaps Baekhyun's . "How dare you ate my last serving!" The chase starts now.

@✦ son seungwan Baekhyun had just scooped the last morsel into his mouth when he first felt his should being grabbed, followed by a familiar voice. He laughed mentally. Turning back, he answered with an innocent grin. "Oh, yeah! This dish is so tasty, especially the roasted peanuts. Have you tried some?" He tilted his head, revealing the empty plate behind him. The darkened sky and roars of thunder didn't faze baekhyun. If anything, he felt bolder as he tested seungwan's patience, sighing as if in sorrow. "Too bad that was the last serving for the week. But, i had my fill! Catch you later," sang baekhyun in a melodic voice, retrieving the plate and walking past zeus' daughter. Oh, the chase was on.

@✦ byun baekhyun another day, another training, not that seungwan dislike it. she wasn't in her best mood for the day, and she doesn't know why. but when she took the last bite of her favorite almonds, she noticed she's out of her mixed nuts. it is time to head to the dining pavilion where she heard that they served dishes with all kinds of nuts with it before she goes there.

she hummed and it seems that the line has been dispersed, meaning they served their orders in a fast pace, her eyes glimmer with the hopes of wanting to eat their special dish. seungwan starts leaping and skipping her way to the counter and ordered their special dish, demeter's child, with a nervous smile, told her that they are out of the special dish and she was surprised. then the demeter's child pointed at where baekhyun sat, who was the one who took the last order for the special dish.

the sky starts to get gloomy as seungwan went closer behind baekhyun's back, he was so delighted in his meal as if no one is a fan of peanuts but him. she took his shoulder gently and ask him, "enjoying your nuts?" then she smiled while gritting her teeth as thunder roars above the pavilion.

@✦ kang seulgi Peace and quiet was definitely not something to look for at the dining pavilion, but San's table was definitely one of the calmer of lot. He just wanted to eat in peace and then get out to the trees by the farm road or something and do some patrolling. But of course, nothing ever quite went to plan around the camp.

There was a sudden loud commotion. San had been too in his own head to even notice anything, let alone a conversation escalating at another table, it wasn't any of his business. He heard Jade, his jumping spider companion, grumble as she hid well into his hair. It was far too much noise for her. Going on patrol with her would be best then, to allow her to calm down and-

A whole dollop of mashed potato landed on San's hand. He looked up, trying to find where it came from and saw that there was more than just potato which landed on their table. It looked like gravy had splattered onto Seulgi, daughter of Ares. , San couldn't help but grimace internally, because to piss off the children of Ares was literally asking for trouble.

@✦ son seungwan Wiping his sweat off with a towel, baekhyun headed into the cafeteria for his post-workout snack. It was a productive archery session; the training focused on distance and limited vision this time. As always, he was one of the top scorers, which didn't particularly impress anyone, considering his parentage. However, it wasn't like baekhyun took his demigod abilities for granted. Even when he was out of camp, he made sure to keep abreast of the development of his powers, sparring and developing new capabilities.

He zipped straight to the counter where the snacks were displayed, looking for a dish that consisted of baked cashews and roasted peanuts. He hoped that a certain daughter of zeus hadn't made her way there before him; no, all servings would definitely be gone. He spotted the dish — the last serving for the week — baekhyun arrived at the right time. He laughed to himself. So, seungwan wasn't there yet. He thanked demeter's child, who was behind the counter, and took mouthfuls of the dish at leisure pace, keeping an eye out for the nut demon.
