@✦ jeon jungkook Minghao wasn't exactly sure how he had made it to the infirmary. The scorpion's venom coursing through what felt like his entire body. He had caught on fire before, remembered how the fire had at his skin, but this burning was an entirely different feeling. A pain he had never felt before and quite frankly would like to never feel again.

How an innocent (as innocent as could be) game of capture the flag could turn out like this, he didn't know. There must have been a weak spot in the barrier surrounding the camp. A concern that nearly pushed his own danger from his mind, struggling against whoever's hands were keeping him held down. He needed to debrief Chiron and Dionysus on what had happened. If monsters were getting through the barrier now, who's to say they wouldn't try again when the camp was more vulnerable?

Were other people hurt?

"Gods, Hao, for the love of our father can you just lay down and be treated?" The voice of one of his siblings scolded as ambrosia was forced down his throat, settling the itch to check on anyone else that may have been harmed and allowing the son of Apollo to relax against his cot in the infirmary. His eyes remained firmly shut as he grit his teeth, not ready for the onslaught of light on his eyes.

He groaned in response, fingers twitching with the need to press against the wound in his shoulder. He wanted to check on the damage without requesting a mirror to look at it, but his hand was placed firmly back on the bed with a soft tsk. "Not yet, bud. Let us get you patched up before you freak out like that son of Poseidon. Seriously, what were you two doing out there?"

The annoyance brought a tiny smile to Minghao's lips. If his sibling could be annoyed with him without the underlying tone of worry then he knew he would be alright. He must be outside of the danger zone if he was being scolded. He did have one last question before he fully settled back down, though, "Is Jungkook okay?"
