welcome to new seoul, the only city that had managed to rise from the ashes of its own nation. as one of the first recovered cities, new seoul had moved on its way to rebuilding its community, completely reformed, ruled by a new government.
however, prejudice had eventually come to settle down upon the citizens, giving way to divisions and civil war.
the mafia have now risen amongst the chaos in the city, their weapons aimed straight at the capitol. danger is imminent, and a rebellion is patiently waiting in the shadows.
