With the corners of her lips further shifting downwards, the look of aggravation and slight disapproval stained her normally luminosity features, as she made her way throughout the spacious office – eyes set on the large stacks of paper constantly pilling her desk. Was it going to be like this every other hour? Her father had decided to go on vacation with a female “employee”, so they say, leaving her with his work and her own; troubling the already worn-out female. She didn’t want to have to call in late again, she knew how much her daughter disliked staying with others who weren’t her mother, or her father – but the both of them were constantly busy, making it hard to fix their messy schedules. At times, Sojin had to bring her daughter to her office while she held sessions with other patients; allowing her coworkers to become familiar with the child she loved so dearly. Looking away from the papers the moment she heard a familiar voice calling out to her, she smiled almost instantly, soon running her fingers through her brown locks to brush away the loose strands of hair that covered up some of hear features; before she quickly stood up and motioned for the female to come inside. “Is my next patient ready?”

“Yes, he’s been waiting to see you for the last five minutes. I’ll send him inside now.”

Closing the several journals and packages that held her work on the inside, she stretched her arms and made her way around her large desk, quickly stacking everything together to make it at least appear presentable. Grabbing her hair tie, she pulled her hair back into a smooth, tight pony-tail, clearing and adjusting the collar to her long sleeve work shirt. “Here are the files,” she mumbled to herself, glancing down at the folder that was stuffed with information on her next patient, one she was familiar with due to seeing him before, and of course – his family and his career was always put on television.
