@wonho "You've... Always been on the top huh?" He wanted to ask. It made him curious since he was simply no one in particular. Just another student aiming to be proper, remain out of trouble and get good grades. Apparently, these good grades went to an upside once he achieved the title of being the top in their whole institution. It gained the attention of many and of course their previous student who was the top. Lee Hoseok. He stared at Hoseok and slowly had his eyes dropping down towards the floor. "I've said a few bad cusses here and there but still treated you fairly as it is... I feel equally awful with what I did."

Before he could properly respond back to the vampire he was pulled into a soft embrace or that's what he thought it was. "Mmf-." A large emotion made him want to thrash against the other's lips which kissed his own. What was he doing-? He had his eyes wide open during the duration of their kiss along with the urge to push him away.

@joshua ⌜ wonhoté™ ⌟ Hoseok softly chuckled and smiled while shaking his head "Although I am sorry for how i treated you all these years, just know you're the only person who has ever beat me and that in itself says a lot. I don't think I've ever hated you, I think I've just always seen you as my equal and I didn't know what to do with that information so I took it out on you" he sighed

"And I'm going to apologize ahead of time for this" he suddenly wrapped his arms around Joshua, pulling him onto the bed and flipping him onto his back. Hoseok leaned down and captured Joshua's lips with his own, careful not to cut the others lip with his fangs, his hands running up and down Joshua's waist.

@wonho "Hm? Alright." He thought Hoseok would instantly come and take the food that was offered to him. Maybe, not that fast as he thought he would. Joshua set the bowl of ramen onto his desk table joining the said vampire on his bed. He sat casually right in front of him as if nothing happened between the both of them during the previous day. What could Hoseok talk about with Joshua that was something that he's been holding back from him?

"Ah, is this an apology to how you've been acting from the years back? It's fine I got used to it." It was a mere guess but he can't exactly pin point what he wanted to talk about with him. Was it about their ranks? He can't just back down. He's fully aware of the reputation that he now upholds. A single set back and he's doomed from his parents. They weren't present to where he stayed at but it still worried him of backing down. I guess all he needs to do is wait.

@joshua ⌜ wonhoté™ ⌟ Hoseok's eyes fluttered open when he heard Joshua's voice, he smiled wearily up at the younger male and then down at the bowl of ramen, Joshua had made him ramen, the Joshua Hong had made him ramen. Was he dreaming? He must still be dreaming, it had to be a dream..but maybe it wasn't..

"Thanks, can you set that down for a second. I wanted to talk to you about something before we eat. I feel like it's something I've been holding back for a long time and I really need to say it"

He said in the most gentle voice he could muster and looked up at Joshua with his dark brown eyes, shining like a puppy.

@wonho There was something waiting inside his heart that kept tugging around it's strings. He can't sleep properly due to what has been happening around his environment. Especially, when he was paired with Hoseok. Damn that teacher and how they were paired up in such a way. He can't be able to feel such for a rival. He won't. All that Joshua has been doing for the past couple of hours were going through his phone to research for their project. He didn't let the damn word slide into his head not even a single chance.

When morning soon seeped in Joshua decided to cook ramen for the both of them to eat. Was it Saturday? Friday? A school week? He wasn't sure. Hoseok better be lucky that he wasn't that cruel to not cook him something to eat while he rest here. He treats his guests fairly even if it's just Hoseok in his own house. The ramen recipe was something that he experimented on himself and grew to like it over the years.

He decided to finally serve the dish into two bowls and delivering to Hoseok. But he opted to check on the other first and how is he feeling. Again, he cares but for what kind of reason really? It was such a question that he chose to stomp over completely until he knew. He knocked on the room to his door and slowly opened it to find Hoseok. "Hey, good morning. I made breakfast for us. I hope you like ramen."

@joshua ⌜ wonhoté™ ⌟ Hoseok looked into Joshua's eyes, waiting for a response, his eyes shifting down to the youngers lips. He really wanted to taste Joshua, but he wasn't going to do it without permission.

His brows furrowed in confusion when Joshua pulled the blanket over him and gave him a smile that Hoseok swears he felt butterflies from. Butterflies? What the hell? Had he always felt like this but didn't recognize the signs until now? Was his hatred towards the younger something more akin to hiding the feelings he had for a human who was smart than himself. Yes, that must be it.

He leaned up as Joshua leaned down, closing his eyes and waiting for Joshua to kiss him but it never came instead Joshua whispered in his ear " Joshua" he whispered breathily but before he could get out another word Joshua was out of the room. ing hell

He can't be mistakened. That was only his pheromones. His god forsaken, pheromones that he had no control or power over. He can't possibly he hearing that Hoseok wanted a taste of his lips. It was too impossible to be heard.

Joshua was out of words with what Hoseok had told him. Did he really mean that? He sighed. No, of course not. They hated each other. Hated their gutts that they can't even stand against each other. Joshua pretended he didn't hear anything and decided to grab the blanket, pulling it over Hoseok's body before smiling at him. Kind smile was present on his lips, a polite gesture that he doubt he ever showed towards Hoseok. He first showed him kindness but Hoseok decided to play with that around with him and saw him as his rival soon after Joshua had beat him in the ranks.

His face had leaned down but not to place a chaste kiss on his lips. He whispered a few gentle words for him. It wasn't anything vulgar or humiliating. He didn't plan on teasing him either this time, for once he let everything from his chest go for this once. He'll get him back at it soon.

"Get a lot of rest, ok? I need you in our project."

He ruffled Hoseok's hair and left him to rest inside his room while Joshua took the couch. Resting there until morning comes.

His eyes widened as his was suddenly being stretched by Joshua's fingers, his moans becoming cries and whines, his tears flowed freely. He could feel his building quickly and he didn't think he'd be able to stop. The pressure to his neck along with Joshua's permission sent him over the edge "MASTER!" He screamed as he came.

He was no longer able to hold himself up, collapsing onto the bed, his body still tingling from the . He felt Joshua move him around and remove the cuffs along with the rope. He looked up at Joshua in a daze, his eyes hooded "Can I kiss you Joshua?" he whispered his voice barely coming out

@wonho He was in control. Control of Hoseok, isn’t this what he really wanted it? What he desired for? To finally tower over Hoseok over anything that he does that are in similarity to what kind of skills that he does in their school? Their grades, their ranks, and now… Everything felt so eerie, so different that he can’t place a name on it. He was dominating Hoseok over a different thing, a change of roads. Was this… right? He kept asking himself along with his eyes hooded, slowly changing hue’s where he never expected would happen. If only he could ever see it or control what’s happening right at this very moment.

Joshua whispered before finally letting go to make Hoseok . He took off the ropes and cuffs that bind him, throwing it off towards the corner of his room. He sighed and got Hoseok to lay down onto his bed right before finally settling down himself. He thought of what just transpired moments ago and what just took over his body. This new refined power was something he had never encountered before.

He let out shaky pants as he moved around so he could use his tongue to lap up the mess he'd made, he knew it wouldn't solve the mess completely but he had to hope it will lessen Joshua's anger towards him. "I'm sorry for messing up your bed Master. I'm so sorry I couldn't control myself, it just felt so good"

"I know" Hoseok muttered, suddenly his eyes went wide as Joshua bit the back of his neck and proceeded to bite him again. He let out a choked cry as the younger played with his over sensitive , he felt like he was going crazy with need. The mixture of the pain and pleasure combined were so addictive it made him want more. "F-uuck, I won't " he replied  and then let out a loud uncontrollable whine, struggling to get the rest of his words out "I won't! I promise I won't Master. His back arched up as Joshua abused his oversensitive more, drool slipped out the corner of his mouth. Hoseok tried to keep his mind as clear as he could and listen to Joshua's last rule but it didn't work as it should have. If he'd been in his right mind he could have said something completely different in reply to the rule but all that came out was "The only person I want attention from is you Joshua! Only you..its always been you" his eyes widened in shock of what had just slipped from his own lips, what the had just happened..and then he smelled the air. Pheromones. Pheromones that weren't his own "You-! You're releasing pheromones!" Hoseok gritted out, Joshua really was half vampire after all. , the pheromones were much stronger compared to his own. It made his whole body feel like it was on fire, he was engulfed in the sole desire to submit completely to Joshua and there was no way to stop it.

@wonho He never cared if he was calling Hoseok by his birth name anymore. He may use this as a form of his complete and utter annoyance against the other but now he had full authority against him. It made everything all so easy and exciting to watch. He squinted his eyes knowing what Hoseok just did on his bed. He hates things that were out of order most especially if it was in a mess. It made Joshua’s tongue click against his mouth. Joshua pulled Hoseok back from his shoulder and made him look down. He shook his head at him and sighed. “Hopefully you aren’t blind as a bat. But unfortunately, you’ve made a mess on my bed.” Joshua sighed in disbelief not knowing what to do with Hoseok.

“You’re very disappointing.” Joshua’s voice lingered next to his ear before biting down on the surface of his skin located on the back of his nape. He his lips and bit him again before making his hand travel down to Hoseok’s erected shaft rubbing the head in slow but swift motions. “Dare and without my commend and I won’t give you any attention right after this. I will revert back to the same person whom you once knew but as a figment of your vision. Not acknowledging a piece of your existence. Is that understood?” Joshua’s stern voice made it through Hoseok’s system until he let it go and proceeded to his final rule while assaulting his even more.

“If you ask for attention towards someone else. I’ll have no other choice but to abandon you and tell you off towards the whole school how disgusting you are. Hoseok a vampire lord born as an abnormal. A complete .” He can just imagine the headlines now and predicted every move of his plan going smoothly if it all happened. How did he become this possessive over Hoseok and for what reason? It didn’t make any sense when he was trying to kick him out earlier. So why now? Joshua shook his head and decided on it before marking Hoseok one last time making the other forget what he just said.

I'm sorry for disrespecting you even though you have better grades than me even when I try as hard as I can" he bit his lips as the rope around his wrists were tugged, the feeling of the rope rubbing against his skin, the slight burning, it was enticing.

He wasn't prepared for the second hit to his back, causing him to cry out and arch up into it, his muscles tightening as he came on Joshua's sheets. "I'm sorry master, I'll do as you say and not approach you without warning" his face was flushed and his was hardening again, he knew one wouldn't be enough, it rarely was.

It made his tongue click before rilling up to prepare for another whip towards his back but he debated on it and yanked the ends of his hair strands just to talk to him. Whisper to him while using that lascivious tongue that he knew Hoseok would enjoy getting his mouth pry open with it if he ever dared to kiss him.

"I'm glad that you're aware of that. You never knew how much I suffered under your wing until I beat you." Joshua pulled on the ropes that had Hoseok tied down into a neat little gift for him. He swore he needs to buy ribbons at some point soon. He let him go and proceeded towards his set of guidelines preserved for his new profound, "pet".

"Rule number two." Another whip to his back. "Never approach me without warning. If you do that again I'll ignore you and your needs for a week." Joshua's voice was deep full of lust especially hatred towards the vampire who almost tried to ruin his whole life ever since he first beat Hosoek in their little charade of ranks. It feels nice seeing him cower like this. Cower for him.

He loved the way the younger male manhandled him, he ing lived for the skin on skin contact, it made his body hot with lust. He looked up at Joshua from the bed he was just thrown onto "I've been a bad boy, not only by breaking into your house but harassing you at school. Punish me master, I deserve ir" he quickly removed his offending clothes, opting to pull his shirt open letting his buttons fly everywhere. He tossed the clothes to the floor, startled by how quickly Joshua had his wrists tied up "Master?" He cried out as he suddenly felt the sharp sting of leather against his bare back "A-Ah!! Master!" @wonho Watching Hoseok just spat words around that contains every information that he is well aware of made Joshua sigh more. What to do with this problem that he has to deal with now? It was a good thing he got dressed quickly before Hoseok had to kick down the door for him. He had his black jeans and shirt down, ready before he would know it. He had half a mind to kick Hoseok's out of the roof of his home but he had better plans in order to shut the other up. Joshua stood up, pulling Hoseok with him. He dragged the other with him and threw him on the bed forcefully.

"I would've been good if it weren't for you who tried to come in and barge into my home like this." He had a firm grip around Hoseok's wrists and decided to hold him down there for a moment before leaving him to grab something. "Take your clothes off, that's an order. We have a few matters to discuss on our little agreement you've set upon the both of us." With one slick movement he took his belt that hung against the back of the door of his room and one rope lying underneath his bed. He used the rope to tie Hoseok up. For the belt...

A loud whipping sound could be heard that slapped against Hoseok's back making a harsh noise resonating against the walls of his bedroom. "You better listen carefully or I'm blackmailing you to the whole school about you being an abnormal." Joshua said grabbing Hoseok's chin to face him for a moment before letting him go. "Rule number one." The first whip has been sent to Hoseok's back. "I am to only call you, Hoseok. Since you want me to be your master I'm not gonna follow whatever you say, calling you Wonho. I am the one to make a command."

Hoseok got up and followed Joshua, kicking the door down with his foot "Quit ing with me Hong. I hate it, I hate the fact it's you of all people, but my body craves it so there's nothing I can do" he walked towards the other male and then dropped down onto his knees like he did before, this time he kissed Joshua's freshly washed feet "Master please give me what I came for"

@wonho It’s a good thing that Joshua had saved the voice file that he took back in the empty classroom when he left his hand inside his pocket during the whole time that he talked to Hoseok earlier. The other may have noticed what he was doing but then again, he might be seen as someone who was just trying to look cool in front of a lot of people. He can also reason out that his arm was tired as well, whichever he preferred to use as an excuse to call it. For what kind of reason did he do this? You’ll figure that out soon enough.

After taking a long shower Joshua decided to dry himself using his towel and later on wrap it around his waist. He did a lot of thinking in the shower of trying to address this problem that Hoseok pulled himself into. Is Hoseok this needy or was he really being adamant on that request that he wanted to do to him earlier? He wasn’t entirely sure what the other’s motives were since all of this just came so suddenly after they were being paired. Joshua did have a few exchanges between Hoseok but it wasn’t that friendly compared to others. It became normal to a lot of people that they would never come to terms when it comes to their rivalry in their academics but what kind of bond would they formulate now since they’re together?

Leaving the presence of his bathroom, Joshua had released a cough and ruffled his own hair that was still a tad bit wet due to the water. He sighed having no idea that Hoseok was here which almost hit him because he was this close into removing the only article that he considered to cover himself until he heard the vampire’s voice resonating between the walls of his own room. “What are you doing here!? Of all the places! Are you trying to stalk me or something??” Joshua screamed at Hoseok’s ear, almost intending to make the other deaf.

“If this is a prank, it’s not a good joke and if you’re here about the project we can always do it by tomorrow. We have a class tomorrow.” Joshua had the towel kept securely around his waist making a bee line towards his closet and grabbing a few of his clothes before going back to the bathroom to get changed. He locked the door behind him and let Hoseok explain while he got dressed.

@joshua ⌜ wonhoté™ ⌟ Hoseok knew he'd have to do something with Joshua soon but it was good to know the other hadn't mentioned anything about the situation to other people. He debated on blackmailing Joshua but decided it wasn't the right way to go about everything.

It's late in the evening when Hoseok climbs in Joshua's bedroom window after hearing the shower turn on. He notices the phone laying on the bed and his curiosity gets the best of him, he unlocked Joshua's phone easily, it was his birthday. A smirk appeared on his face when the phone unlocked to reveal that Joshua had been stalking Hoseok's social media, good that means the other isn't completely turned off by the idea.

He hears the shower turn off and quickly locks the phone again, setting it back where it was before he picked it up. He crosses his legs and leans his head on his hand "Hello Joshua" he grinned deviously

@wonho How to address this situation in the most mature situation possible? Oh, yeah. Joshua can’t. He even needs to see the same vampire that he is paired to for the project so yes, he is absolutely screwed. He kept tossing and turning over the myth that Hoseok mentioned about him last time. He knew about the myth but it’s only a myth and nothing more. There is no such thing as hybrids in this time of century. If there was anything, he knew vampires and humans would never mix romantically. He laid his back onto his bed and began texting one of his friends. ‘Do you guys know about the myth of idk, a human and a vampire developing an offspring?’ but before he sent the message, he thought back about everything that he knew and exchanged information with Hoseok a few hours ago.

He can’t have anyone know about what occurred in the empty classroom where Hoseok had dragged him into. He decided to search for Hoseok’s social media profile and began stalking a bit. A light cough had escaped through his lips at what he saw. Of course, he’s a lord so he is from an incredibly wealthy family. What did he expect? Joshua sighed and left his phone for a bit and decided to talk to Hoseok personally about the project that they need to do as a “team”. The word itself just disgusts him and now he wasn’t entirely sure on how to respond about it since the same person who is his rival is the same person who wants to ruin him in so many ways possible. He needs to meet up with him where a bunch of people are present.

Joshua decided to take a shower in order to think on what’s the most effective way of handling this.

"Master please don't tease me like that, Hoseokkie wants master to punish him for being a bad boy" he bit down hard on his bottom lip as the pressure on his knee increased, this is what he's been craving. His body moved to get closer to Joshua, his skin tingled as the human whispered in his ear, finally he was unable to control the loud moan that escaped his lips. "I don't care if it's a public place master, I'm yours to be used. So please use me as much as you want" he whined needingly "Wait master don't leave" he called out as Joshua left the room. No, he left already and Hoseok desperately wanted to go after him but he knew it was better not to. He sighed as he got up from the floor and brushed off his clothes before leaving the room and then heading out of the school and driving home. He hoped Joshua wouldn't say anything but he had no way of keeping Joshua's mouth shut without physically hurting him and Hoseok didn't want that.

@wonho Joshua had doubts on what to do and how he should approach the situation that he– no. Hoseok gotten them into. He turned his attention back towards Hoseok and his pleading eyes, begging to be punished by him. This sounded weird considering what kind of society that they have and the ranks that they're expected to follow. Joshua sighed and took a few steps forward towards Hoseok. He looked so vulnerable in front of him. This was still a public area and they could possibly get caught in whatever actions that Joshua would engage on Hoseok. He's not looking forward to be expelled. "How pitiful to think that someone such as yourself would be willing to to be so submissive against someone like me?" Joshua had his left foot planted down onto Hoseok's knee. He took his collar and pulled him forward, inches away from the other's face as if opting to kiss him. His eyes held a different aura.

It was something he never showed anyone before. He was so nice and friendly towards the people that he meets day to day in their school but now his gaze on Hoseok was entirely different from it. He stepped on his knee more, adding pressure compared to what he did just moments ago. He searched for any reaction from the other before leaning down to whisper against his ear. His silky voice transcending into something deep mixed with sweet honey that became so addictive to hear. "This is a public place still, Hoseok. It would be embarrassing if anyone heard you being punished by someone lower than you. Even so that you have the rank of a lord. It's disgusting." There he let Hoseok go and stepped back before leaving the room to have the other struggle and crave for more attention on him.

There the bell rang signaling it was break time. Just in time when he left Hoseok too. He sighed once more before joining his friends. 'What am I doing?'

@joshua ⌜ wonhoté™ ⌟ Hoseok continued to kneel on the floor, his cheeks slightly flushed and his eyes hooded. He'd finally found someone who could do this to him, to punish him. The correct term for what he was was abnormal, he preferred being dominated and punished by humans rather than being the one dominating others.

"Wait, please. Don't go" He pleaded, and looked at Joshua with a kicked puppy dog expression "I'm not crazy, this is who I am." He sighed and then stood up, his dominant demeanor completely gone now "I don't know if you know the term but I'm what the vampire community call abnormal. I want to be dominated by humans rather than dominate them. I want to be punished" he gave a blank look and then rolled his eyes "My pheromones are the strongest because I'm a lord, I've never met anyone who wasn't affected by me. Until now. I won't tell anyone about your secret so please punish me master" he got back down onto his knees, his eyes clouded with lust, he craved this, he wanted this more than anything else.

Here he sees a very needy Hoseok right before his very own pair of eyes just waiting to be stepped on. He can't understand this situation he's in right now. Which one is the worst situation for him? Being paired with the least person he doesn't want to be with in school? Or watching Hoseok drop down on his knees and begging him to be punished. It may be both considering how irked he felt right now because... What. The. is Hoseok telling him right now? He was expecting to be hit by him and then they will be both sent to the principal's office but this? This is just too embarrassing for Hoseok. What if someone heard him spat all of these things out? Well, there's Joshua listening and him watching every scene unfold.

"Ok, uhm..." He moved one space backward and looked at the door. "You're crazy so let me just." Joshua made a beeline towards the door. What slows him down is it's locked and he'll have to deal with that first so he knew he won't get out since Hoseok had pulled him back to do so. "I thought you were gonna talk about ranks again. What's all this coming from?" Joshua demanded answers. "I'm human. That can't be true. I'm affected by pheromone's, what are you talking about? Just maybe not all pheromone's?" He knew that wasn't the case since all humans should be under a spell once they come in contact with a vampire's pheromone. He could never understand his side and chose to avoid it.

And there's nothing a weak little human like you can do to stop me" he scoffed. There he goes again calling Hoseok by his birth name again " How about we research about the myth of hybrid's? You know the ones that are half human and half vampire?" He was testing the other male, waiting to see if he'd hit the right spot. Humans always reacted to his pheromones so he knew Joshua was different than other humans.

Hoseok's nostrils flared in anger as he grabbed Joshua by his arm and dragged him out of the classroom with an iron grip. He didn't let go until they were in an empty classroom with the door shut and locked. "You're a hybrid, you must be otherwise you would have been affected by the pheromones I released. So I just have one thing to say to you about this matter" he got down onto his knees and looked up at Joshua with needy eyes "Please step on me"

@wonho The students that were near them almost had a few chairs away from the pair. A couple of students would want to grab ideas or steal some from the pair but Joshua and Hoseok are a pair too above from the others. One little slip up of one of them eavesdropping would be sent down to hell or whaever by means from either two top ranked students. They were too clever or witty to find out who wants to know what their motif is if one of them tried to listen to their conversation. Best to leave them be before one of their necks get snapped.

"If" you get the rank back that is." Joshua replied back not feeling threatened at all at the slightest bit. "Anyway, Hoseok. What is your grand idea anyway?" Still, annoying the other using his birth name still intrigued him. It felt amusing to see the other feel infuriated by his constant use on his birth name all the time. He wasn't sure if Hoseok was trying to use his pheromone's right now just to obey what he asked him to about the whole "calling me in my birth name is insulting" kind of thing but it almost felt like it. For some reason he wasn't unfazed by a vampire's pheromones and he wasn't exactly sure how as to why. He never got a single clue that lead to it in anyway.

He watched the other's friends go to leave them both be. He watched him lean in close and almost moved back thinking he might kiss him or whatever that came to mind. He did hear what he had to whisper but didn't know what kind of secret he would be keeping.

"And what kind of thing do you think I would intent of keeping, Hoseok?" Part 3 disrespecting a man that's ranked in society about his kind being higher than his. That wasn't even the first time he called him using his birth name to be honest. It was such a nuisance to think about having this kind of levels that they had to abide. It didn't made any sense to him at all. He intended to keep all the laws far out of his line of thoughts to deal with for later. The main concern for him is the project and how in the hell could he get through with the one person that he despises out the most from this institute. Waiting for an answer from the vampire, he sighed wanting to get over it already. "Intrigue me then, Wonho."

@joshua ⌜ wonhoté™ ⌟ Hoseok let out a sound of disbelief when he heard that he was going to be partnered with Joshua Hong, Hoseok's academic rival and a mere human at that. That's what he hated the most, that a human was able to achieve the same grades as himself but better, he didn't understand it. How could someone that is beneath him in terms of society, beat Hoseok who is a high ranked vampire who was also a wealthy lord? He'd find out the secret behind Joshua's success, no matter what it took.

He hated the fact he'd have to work closely with Joshua, the guy made Hoseok's blood boil. There was nothing he could do besides go along with everything the teacher said, there wasn't much he could do otherwise. Everyone got up and then sat with their partners, which meant Joshua would be here about...now.

He heard Joshua's confident voice and rolled his eyes as the other once again called him by his birth name and disrespected him once again. "You will address me as Wonho, human. Get that through your head. As for the project, I have a few ideas in mind but I'm not sure if you'll be able to handle it." Hoseok smirked and crossed his arms, his face faltering just the slightest from the others comment "I don't want to work with you, but since we're somehow equal in skill, I have to. And by the way, I'll make sure I get that first rank back. So don't get too comfy" he lowered his voice in warning.

A second later he released his pheromones that would make most humans and some vampires cower beneath him but it was strange, Joshua didn't react at all. No, that's impossible, a human completely unresponsive to a vampires pheromones, that's never been heard of until now.. interesting

"I'll meet up with you all later, Joshua and I have to discuss the project now" Hoseok said and then waited until his friends moved away to their respective partners. He leaned in closely to the other male, whispering in his ear "I know your secret, Joshua Hong" he smirked and then sat back in his chair while his fangs

A pencil that kept tapping against a table had stopped. An eruption of cheers coming from a few of the students in our group was heard. A few were shocked including Joshua himself. Out of all the people that he would end up in this major project had to be the one person that he has been avoiding ever since. Lee Hoseok. The two were neck on neck ever since Joshua had transferred into the institute. A battle between who gets the title of being the top in the school. A couple of Joshua's friends had pushed him playfully and some glared at the teacher thinking how could he pair up their friend with no one other than his arch rival.

Murmurs had spread around and a few laughs at that. There was no way that those two can get through the project without having the other be murdered. Joshua stood his ground not meeting eyes with Hoseok. There was no use even he did tried to avoid him or plead to the teacher to have their pairs revoked. What's been decided will not be changed. Those were the rules and no one dared to question their instructor.

"Alright, class. Everyone please settle down. No, I didn't plan to make Hoseok and Joshua work together. I really arranged all of you through according to your skills. I don't know really about the rivalry that the whole school has been talking about. I do apologize but I have made my decision."

A few groans were heard from the back. They knew they can't be beaten by Hoseok and Joshua. They knew their ranks when it comes to this. Both of them were smart and even skillful too. A few of their classmates felt overpowered and thought of it to be an unfair judgement that was placed upon them. Joshua made a decision to approach Hoseok from his group of friends to meet and talk about this whole project that they have to do. He sighed and looked at the other who had his back turned against him. None of his friends bothered to alert that Joshua was coming. "Hoseok, what's the plan to the project then." He kept his arms crossed and looked at the other waiting for his response. Hoseok is known to be as 'Wonho' but Joshua preferred to call him Hoseok just to out and ignore his title name. "If you don't want to work with me then I'm fine keeping the title of being 1st, besides I'm not backing down from something that I want."
