CUT! that's a wrap!" the director yelled over his megaphone whilst his eyes were still fixated on the small screen in front him, obviously very satisfied with the acting. ah— finally, the show's ended! after almost a year of shooting this timeless drama masterpiece (quote unquote by the critics, not him), he was finally bound for another genre. well, even though drama was his forte, doing it for a long time still burned him out so to say. "you two did great! i love the chemistry. are you sure you aren't together?" the director finally came over to congratulate them, rather tease them.

"well, i've been waiting for yukhei here," yuqi kidded(?) as she looked at him, waiting for his response. laughing out loud, he shook his head and exasperatedly yet lightheartedly answered, "oh god. how many times have i told you? we're not!" the director merely laughed at their words before dismissing them but not after inviting them to a celebratory party. oh well, who was he to reject right? after all, the man and practically the whole staff had become akin to a family considering the months they've spent together.

and so there he was, drinking until lights out at the vip section of the club. however, after one too many drinks, he felt that yuqi was becoming more and more touchy with him so feeling uncomfortable, he smoothly excused himself and went out to the back of the club for fresh air. surely, the woman didn't mean anything with her advances. he was seated beside her so she plainly went for his head, no more no less. sighing away his thoughts, he then reached in his pockets for his trusted cigarette and lit it up. hopefully, the alley's empty as he viewed it to be.
