@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan "I'll wait for you then," he smiled slightly, noticing how the latter's face had paid considerably since they woke up. He was a bit worried at the complexion that the other now held, deathly white as if he was already dead. Was something bothering him? He surely didn't hope so. He waited patiently, back leaning against the wall near the restroom as he closed his eyes. Now that he was given time, not a lot, he allowed himself to drown in his own thoughts.

His mind racked through many of his usual thoughts, not that he minded but he would rather think of happier things if that was possible. Once he heard the door creak open, he quickly opened his eyes, noticing the male and his weak smile. He bit his lip gently, clasping his hand tightly around the latter's as they approached the door. Once the other had finished checking that no one was there, he quickly ushered them out.

"You okay?" he asked softly, pulling them to another room that was deserted, however, was adorned furniture of the wealthy. "You're so pale," he pointed out, reaching his free hand to caress the male's cheek, letting his thumb run across the smooth expanse of skin. Not pale, but the skin was also cold, which worried Himchan. "But let's eat first," he murmured, quickly pulling them out of the room that he had randomly pulled them into, starting to move towards the dining room. "Or shall we make our own food in the kitchen?" he asked curiously.

(( let's move to another room? X3 ))
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan nodded to his suggestion, even though it wasn't something he personally wanted to do. Getting outside was just like passing by death. He was scared, he was also scared of being poisoned in his food. The thought of getting out made him so anxious, it was as if death was waiting for him outside the door, impatiently. "Okay, w-we can go" He said as he followed him right outside the bathroom door. He then waited for him while all sorts of negative thoughts has went through his mind. It was making him so nervous to know that he was going to be out there once again.

When the other male walked out, Luhan gave him a weak smile. "I-I'll go my turn then" He said nervously as he walked in and shut the door. He looked at him, a sleepy face that seemed too pale than the usual. Perhaps he had been too tense these days, perhaps he was facing death and god decided to give him some kind of sign, "you're going to look like this as you die" he could hear him say in his head.

He cleaned his face with water, rubbing his hands on it before taking a towel and wiping his face with it. It felt so nice to do so, so refreshing. He took a deep breath before stepping out, giving Himchan another weak smile as he was out. "Okay... Let's go" He said in a low voice before taking the boy's hand and walking out of the door. He looked from left to right, making sure there was no one there.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan He was glad that Luhan was able to pick up on his subtle hint about rooming every day with each other, secretly jumping in glee mentally that he had a roommate every night. It was embarrassing to ask, randomly coming up to someone and questioning if they would room with them. Himchan never did that with anyone, not even asking his customers once for staying over one night. One, it wasn't really allowed or encouraged and two, they never held any emotional attachment. He curled more by the latter's side, tucking his knees to his chest as he once again leaned against the warmth. Now that he had someone who was willing to be besides him, he was reluctant to let go. He shouldn't let go, this could be the last person that was willing to be by his side. He closed his eyes for one moment, enjoying the feeling since they would be going out soon.

Once he opened his eyes, the question caught his attention. He hummed, his mind racking for ideas before a huff escaped his lips. "Hmm, we should eat once more before walking around and trying to find clues," he mused, not finding it appropriate to walk around to murder others though it was part of the little game they were forced in. He kept their hands tightly clasped, reluctant to pull away but he soon did, removing himself from the latter's side to stand up from the bed. He tugged Luhan with him, hand still holding onto the other's as he grinned. "Let's go get straightened up before we leave. I'll be using the restroom first," he mumbled, finally releasing the male's hand before heading to the restroom, taking care of his business and fixing the wrinkles on his suit as well as fixing his hair. Once he deemed himself clean enough, leaving the room hastily and back into the bedroom.

@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan was waiting for the other's response as he swing his feet at the edge of the bed. When he heard him laugh, his eyes shifted towards him, making him confused on whether it was a good thing or a bad one. When he accepted and even mentioned switching rooms /every week or so/ made a smile appear on his face. It only meant they would always be there for each other at night, it meant he wasn't going to have to ask him every day to sleep by his side. He nodded eagerly as he smiled widely. "Okay then!" He cheered as he rested his head on the other's who was now resting on his shoulder.

The feeling of his comfort was the best gift he could ever have at the moment. It was all her ever needed and all he could ever ask. He would skip his meals if he had to, just to keep him by his side. He looked down to their now intertwined hands and smiled softly, starting to feel more and more comfortable with the other's skinship he was giving him. He wondered if he would be comfortable with other people if he ever had the chance to get out of here. His thoughts quickly changed to the living moment as he realized how clear it was compared to yesterday, "So what are we going to do today?" He asked curiously as he tilted his head to the other who was resting on his shoulder. He really did wonder, what people did of their days while they were in their rooms... Did they actually plan on killing people? Luhan couldn't believe it... How could people actually dare to kill others for their own life.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan "That's good to hear," he smiled in relief, a wide smile now plastered on his face. He finally slumped down, arms falling on the mattress and his legs slowly going up as he continued to kneel on the bed. He now sat is silence as the male thought, and he was slightly glad that the other seated himself on the edge of the bed, closer to him. Insecure thoughts always flowed through his mind, what if Luhan didn't want to maintain a friendship anymore? Minds could change in one day. What if he didn't want Himchan's company anymore? That itself was scary. It would just be acquaintances then, worse than not knowing each other in his point if view. He waited for Luhan to speak, eyes never once leaving the male in front of him. He was getting more anxious as time ticked by, now causing him to fidget with his fingers. A minute passed until Luhan spoke, and to Himchan, it felt like forever.

He could help but laugh softly at the ridiculous question that slipped from the other's lips. It was funny, cute even that he would ask that again. Obviously, Himchan would allow it. He didn't think he would get sufficient amount of sleep either if he was left alone again. He finally scooted himself over to the latter, resting his head comfortably on his shoulder before answering, "Of course, but we'll switch rooms every week or so?." He had to admit, but he didn't want his own room to be left abandoned, never being used by himself. His hands finally found his friend's, letting their hands brush against each others before he mustered up his courage and squeezed it, as if wanting reassurance that now matter what, Luhan would always be someone who would stick by his side, one of his closest friends in a way. That was all he wanted in a situation like this.
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan smiled as he was happy to hear something positive, he didn't want Himchan to say he didn't sleep well when he was by his side. "I slept great" He chimed as he sat back on the hem of the bed. He then thought about what kind of they he would be having, how everything will go, if he would survive, if he and Himchan would part ways tonight... He couldn't imagine having the luck of having to sleep by his side tonight as well. He would rather die before or Himchan would just decided to sleep in his own room. He couldn't live with that wonder all day long, he wasn't going to. "Can we sleep together tonight as well?" He asked while feeling himself being bold to ask such question already or even just asking it.

He somehow felt scared of what the other boy would say, whether or not he wanted it. Luhan could already feel himself fall appart as he thought about Himchan declining. He wouldn't sleep, he would just have his thinking machine on through the whole night. He wouldn't have the warmth and comfort that would make him stop from worrying about everything so much. He realized how much he would never survive by himself, without Himchan. To this morning, all Luhan could think about is his friendship with Himchan and how important it already was.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan actually enjoyed the caresses the male provided to him before he pulled away. Himchan pouted slightly at the lost of the skinship, however, slowly pulling himself together to form a straight face. Well, the best he could at least when he was still sleepy. He let one last yawn rip from his throat before glancing at the male that had, surprisingly, jumped off and away from the bed. It slightly confused him, had he realized their situation and wanted to break off all contact? What exactly as wrong. His attempt to narrow his eyes failed as it just closed his eye lids, already having small eyes from the start. He opened them after a while, orbs now adjusting to the light that shone through the curtains of the windows. "For letting me sleep with you. Thanks," he repeated, a bit clearer this time though his voice was slightly deep as he had just woken up minutes ago.

Unlike Luhan, Himchan was used to a life of skinship, different kinds at that. It was a way of showing love, and if not, then a connection between people. He had always loved showering people with kisses and squeezing them with hugs, that was his own way of affection and possessiveness. Himchan had favorites for everything after all, and he was picky, so that was why he didn't like others touching what he liked, no matter what "it" was. Be it from toys to his best friends, he would always cling to them, and they would for being annoying but he knew that they loved him back. Over the years, he had learned to restrain himself from flinging himself at people from his past that he had gotten along with in the years. It wasn't the same now, they had walked down separate pasts when Himchan decided to be on his own. He shrugged those memories away, mentally of course as he didn't want to be labeled as crazy.

Still on the bed, now kneeling down, he rubbed his eyes with the ends of his fists lightly, making sure not to hurt himself in the process. "Hmm, I slept fine. And you?" he asked, curious if Luhan was uncomfortable or fine with it. Honestly, he wanted the male to rely on him, that they could trust each other with anything and everything. He had hoped that, and if not, he wasn't sure what he would do. Himchan was like a sissy in a way, being too over emotional when he should be. His mind was still blank from the whole situation, his mind being muddled when he woke up.
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Without realizing, Luhan kept stroking his hair while looking at him waking up like a little kitten. It wasn't a bunny that looked like him, but a little cute furry kitten. The way he looked up to him was exactly like that. He had beautiful morning eyes, so beautiful Luhan almost reached them to rub the soft looking eyelids. He realized the situation as he spoke and quickly pulled away his hand. "F-For what?" He spat out as he quickly jumped of the bed and stood straight as he looked at a random object that was in the room.

It seemed so weird for Luhan to be /this/ affectionate toward someone. He has never been the type to just touch people like that, specially people he had just met. He wasn't even going to mention the fact that they slept on each other's side in his thoughts. It then made him wonder what was it about him that made him act that way towards him, what made him become so shy at moments and what made him so open at other moments. The fact that Luhan didn't even know what it was to have friends made him wonder if it was really the way friends acted towards each other. It probably was but, you never know. Luhan didn't even know his own orientation. Was it because he only cared about his fresh and new friend that he wanted to touch him and comfort him so much? It probably was... it probably was, he thought.

"So, did you sleep well?" He asked as he finally turned his head to his beautiful sleepy face. There he was again, spazzing himself over the boy's looks. He probably was the most beautiful person he had ever encountered in his entire life, he wasn't going to deny that thought from himself. Then there it popped into his head again, the fact that he was in a dangerous game and that he was probably going to die. Surprisingly, he had thought about it much less than he did before he met this boy. It didn't stop him from thinking about it now and then and gulping thickly when he did.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan After flashing a small smile, he returned to resting his head on the male's neck, inhaling the somewhat calming scent that he held. His eyes soon closed, finding himself being lost in pointless thoughts once again. He shifted a bit closer to the latter, wanting more of the warmth provided. In a way, he was being greedy. He knew full well that others didn't have this type of accomplice or even anyone that they would want to befriend but he has. He also knew that they slept alone in the darkness of the room, probably feeling restless while he was laying here without care. It was unfair but couldn't he be selfish for once? He deemed that it was okay, humming softly in approval to himself.

That night was probably one of the best sleep he had in years. The thought of it seemed impossible, but it was finally achieved, like finding an oasis in the desert. Happy memories rewound themselves in his mind, playing those moments over and over again. If only he could jump in them and relive it, that would make his world light up. Soon, the reminiscing ceased and he was now having his own dreams, escaping and living in other places. Somewhere far away from everything, where no one could disturb him or chase after him. They were his dreams of freedom, the object of his desire that was always fleeting.

Feeling someone his hair, he purred quietly, squirming a bit on the bed as he stirred, regaining conscious. His eyes slowly fluttered open, releasing a quiet sigh and yawn before rolling onto his back, arching it to stretch out his limbs. Though he was only semi conscious, he failed o noticed the male beside him, every room looked like the same, at least he thought so because Luhan's looked exactly like his. After a few more stifled yawns and stretches, he remembered the events from last night and turned back onto his side, facing Luhan once more. "Thanks for that," he mumbled shyly, a wide smile slowly making its way on his lips.

@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan took a good sigh as he closed his eyes with a soft light smile printed on his lips. He was so glad to have already found someone he could always rely on in this game. He never thought he could be making a friend so quickly, he wouldn't say it has been easy since he had to make a show in front of him before getting him to approach him but he was glad and regretted nothing. The fact that Himchan was here with him a the moment made him more than secure and warm, he didn't want to exchange with anyone else. He was the right person he needed at a moment like this.

The warm feeling of being in his arms brought him to a nice sleep, a sleep where he didn't even have nightmares or such things. It was surprising it turned that way since he had consumed so much stressed for the past day, it would only be normal for Luhan to have dreamed of something bad after all the negative thinking he had had today. Perhaps Himchan's presence made it easier and reassuring. His sleep has been so deep and healing that when he woke up, a smile was one his face as he stretched.

His eyes turned to the sleeping bunny that was beside of him. He was somehow so glad to see he was still alive and intact. He looked at him, wondering what he could be dreaming of at the moment, what went through his mind. Himchan somehow made Luhan so curious of him, he wanted to know everything about him. He slowly approached his hand towards his head, just to caress his smooth hair. It was crazy how someone could look so beautiful while they slept.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan purred happily at the touch, finding the male's touch soothing as well as the scent that he emitted. His head was still buried into the male's chest, reluctant to pull away. Figuring that the mall would want to lay down, he pushed himself away slightly so now that the male had his own space to move around. Himchan was a bit surprised that Luhan didn't push him away, he was sure the other would have. After all, they didn't know each other well and he was sure the latter was still on his guard. Nonetheless, Himchan was beyond happy and satisfied that he hadn't pushed him away.

To sum it all up, Himchan couldn't ask for something better. For now, in his mind, everything was okay. Luhan was much like some of his friends in the past. He wished this moment could stay forever, and the feeling that was so fleeting, he didn't want it to leave. He didn't want to walk out of that room and into the darkness, where anything and everything could happen. He wanted to be confined in the safety of these walls, to just lay here forever with his friend in the protect of this magical room. But of course, he knew better than to hope. Apparently, there was a limit unless you were sleeping, but he could care less at the moment. If only time would stop and they could stay in here forever.

He allowed the male to lay down, feeling secure in the hold that the man had around his waist. It was like his protection, his safety spot. He shifted closer to the warm body, loving the heat that radiated off the other's body. This was the first time in years that he's felt something like this, it was almost foreign. He sighed in content, resting his head on the crook of the latter's neck as he hummed in agreement, slightly nodding his head. "Sounds good to me," he mumbled. "I'll have your back then," he pulled away only to show the other an eye smile.
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan was just about to let himself fall off onto the bed from embarrassment before the other laced his arm around his waist, making him shiver even more than he already was. When he nuzzled his face against his chest, he couldn't help but to realize how rare it was for him to be this close to a person who wasn't his mom. Luhan has always been delicate when it came to others touching him because of his blurry past. It was a struggle for him inside each time someone did anything on him. Somehow, he quickly went at ease with this boy, it wasn't normal but it was as if he really needed this kind of comfort at the moment. A soft smile appeared on his lips as a pink color blush came on his small cheek. He d the other's head as he let him nuzzle against him, not even wanting to break from this warm relieving embrace.

It was really weird for Luhan to act this way towards this male. He had already held his hand and embraced him, it was as if something inside of him had launched him to be comfortable with this boy. The fact that they were in this game didn't even seem like such a big deal at the moment, it made him forget of the worst. The fact that there was a load of other 'players' through the walls they were in didn't even come up to him. At the moment, there was only him and the new boy he had made. There was no king that could be up their heads or down their feet or even a few meters away, there was no other players at all, there was just no game. It was really only them enjoying each others presence, nothing else mattered.

Luhan had somehow almost given his fully trust to the other male at the moment. It just seemed impossible to imagine him doing anything on him that would get him out of the game. He gently laid down behind the other and rested his head on his shoulder while lacing his arms around his waist, making himself comfortable. He looked up at the other with soft eyes while he could barely see anything but still could feel his breath and warmth. "Let's have each others back, Himchan" He said quietly as he didn't leave his eyes from the other's gaze.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan squeaked in surprise as someone jumped on him, panic filling him as his mind thought about the worse. Was someone trying to him? Tie him down and kill him? But he couldn't move, his body refusing the command of his mind as he slowly calmed down. Slowly, his thoughts were gathered together and he was reassured that the male wouldn't even touch him in that way. For one, no one could come in without the owner's consent, and two, Luhan seemed like the innocent type, and he was too kind for his own good.

He felt the other pull away, eyes boring into the male as he listened to the explanation. To be honest, Himchan had the thought about running away, finding the situation dangerous but he just couldn't leave. There was no reason why he couldn't, it was like his mind was telling him to stay. He would have probably lost his only friend here if he had left, and who knows if they'd meet each other in the spacious halls again? It was harder to bump into familiar people in huge places, especially when there was lots of people trying to kill for their own gain. He took a small breath, noticing that Luhan couldn't even look at him, probably nervous or fidgety. Or whatever, not that Himchan really cared at the moment. He just wanted them to be comfortable with each other once again.

"It's fine," he grinned, and now it was his turn to return the hug. Since he was still laying down, he wrapped his arms around Luhan's waist, scooting closer before nuzzling his face into the male's chest. It was much warmer than his presence, and he knew that he would have to enjoy this moment as much as possible. He hoped that the latter wouldn't push him away, he wouldn't know what he would do if he did. It was just so comforting, nice and so innocent, different to other touches that were given to him over the years.
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan sat up and tried to equalize his heavy breathing to normal. He was so scared, so scared that this just scared off Himchan away or anything for that matter. He just kept realizing how scared he was at the moment for almost arming himself. He then wondered what he would have done if he heard that sound from the bathroom if he was in Himchan's place. Luha was just so scared easily and he thought just so much ever since the game started.

He didn't even pick up the broken pieces, he slowly passed over them just so he could find himself standing in front of the door while holding the doorknob. He took a deep breath with eyes closed, hoping that Himchan was still going to be there, his whole body was shaking with fear. What if something was going to jump in his face once her opened the door? Anything could happen in this game. He turned the knob slowly as he opened his eyes. It was dark and he couldn't tell that Himchan was still there. He took small silent steps towards him while reaching out his hand to the blanket. When he noticed the other's face, he couldn't help but to jump on him while hugging him tight. "Thank god you're there" He mumbled with relief, not realizing what he was doing at the moment.

He quickly backed away as his eyes were wide, "I-I'm sorry" He spat out as his body started shaking once again. "I-I just thought you would have ran away after I drop the glass" He admitted while looking down to his hands that were trying it's best not to show the shivers. He somehow felt even more attached to the boy now that this had happen. The thought of him still being there meant a lot, he was just so relief he trusted him enough to just stay in bed and wait.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan was, of course, still waiting for the male to come back. He sighed once more, already feeling himself growing tired and he didn't know whether he should struggle to keep himself awake or break the promise and fall asleep. He didn't like going back on his words though, and so without further thoughts, he rolled around on the bed to keep awake. It didn't feel right when he had to break off a promise, it wasn't what he would like to do. It could break of trust and comfort, that's what he knew from experience.

Just when he couldn't wait anymore and was about to fall into a deep pit of sleep, the sound of glass shattering on the floor woke him up immediately. He jumped up at the sound, now sitting up on the smooth cushion as he glanced at the door to the restroom. He looked around the room, worried for his own safety. Was Luhan planning something, could glass be his weapon? Or was it an accident and he was worried for nothing. He stayed on the bed, hesitant to leave as he laid on the mattress once more, shaking off all thoughts. The male had looked friendly, like he could cause no harm and Himchan would believe that until the end.

He decided to brush it off as nothing, snuggling into the pillow once more as he pulled the blankets up his body once again. This time, he was nowhere near tired, opting to wait patiently for the male to come out of the restroom.
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan nodded as he smiled softly, "I will" He replied simply before walking to his bathroom. When he got inside, it was even more silent and the lights were so clear, he never seen such a clear bathroom and it was somehow uncomfortable and ugly to his eyes. He looked at himself in the mirror, realizing this was reality, this was him at the moment, caught in a game where he might not survive alive. It was so hard to believe that he could win the game, so hard to convince himself that he could do it. In his own head, it was absolutely sure he was going to die, there was no way out, no way of winning this.

He bent to the cabinets for a towel and found really soft and thin ones that were folded to be used. He grabbed one and deposed it beside the sink before sighing as he looked at himself in the mirror. He took the new toothbrush that was placed in a cup and applied the toothpaste on it before he started to brush his teeth with it. The taste of the toothpaste was somehow so much more rich than the one he usually had, it made him disgusted. It made him realize how much he hated everything that was rich. He spit the paste out of his mouth before pouring himself a glass of water to clean his mouth. After deposing the glass on the sink, he bent over to pour water in his hands and splashed it in his face, smoothly rubbing his hands around his eyes and the crease area. While he kept his eyes closed and turned off the sink, he traveled his hand around the sink to find his towel and pulled on it. As he did so, the loud sound of a glass breaking hit his ears, making him fall back on the floor with surprise. He was so shocked by what just happened, making his heartbeat faster than ever as he thought he was going to die right at the moment.

All sorts of thoughts came through his mind once again, as if it was already the end for him. His breathing was heavy while his eyes were wide. He has never been so startled in his entire life yet this was only a broken glass but it was normal for him to act that way since he was in a dangerous game. He then wondered if Himchan heard that, what was his reaction, if he ran away or if he was scared. If it was Luhan in the room waiting, he probably would have hid under the bed.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan was fine with the silence, though the thought of being able to feel warmth against his body was nagging at him, almost eating him up on the inside. His breaths slowly evened out, plump lips parted the slightest bit as his eyelids fluttered close. Though it seemed as if he was sleeping, he really couldn't. He was the type of person that got rarely any sleep, thoughts consuming him mind in the middle if the night that he was to stressed to even get rest. Even with his lack of sleep, Himchan still managed to be the beauty that everyone adored. He didn't even need makeup to cover up his flaws, he barely had any.

He snatched up one of the pillows, placing it under his head for comfort. He knew fully well that this wasn't his room, and therefore not his right to be moving things around but it was allowed, right? He stuffed his face into the soft padding, his sigh being muffled by the object.

His head shot up as he heard rustling near him, feeling a poke afterwards. His eyes laid onto the male's face, a bi curious as to why he would want him to be awake. He quickly shook of the feeling afterward, people has desires and wishes. He rested his chin on the pillow, eyes turning into crescents to form a reassuring smile. "I won't, don't worry. Now hurry and come back quickly," he whispered the last sentence. It was embarrassing to say the least, begging for someone to come back quickly. But now that Himchan has warmth in his life, he was hesitant to let him go. Curious thoughts suddenly clouded his mind. Why does Luhan need to suddenly go to the restroom? Was he planning something? Why did he tell Himchan the information. Maybe he was being too paranoid but this was his life after all.
♤ ¦ Xi Luhan 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luha nodded to the other, he was sure of his choice that he wanted him to stay. The thought of the boy dying before him really affected him, he also didn't want to leave the boy alone. He didn't know how they would separate from each other. Maybe it would be easy for the boy but Luhan had just got attached so quickly to him he really didn't want anything to happen that would separate them. He was going to stick to him if he needed to talk, comfort or anything else for that matter.

He helped to pull the blanket as the other male did so and comfortably placed himself under it. As they were now in silence, laying in front of each other, Luhan couldn't help but to want to put his arm around him, feel his presence better. He held himself from doing it since he didn't want the other male to think he was clingy. He closed his eyes and felt so lonely, it was as if he was alone with no one else around. The simple noise that the other male made comforted him, it assured him there was someone there.

He felt the need to get up and go to the bathroom so he could wash up a bit just to refresh himself. He wasn't able to fall asleep, he was still so fully awake and even feared for the boy to fall asleep while he was going to be gone to the bathroom. He sat up and poked the other's arm, "I'm going to the bathroom... D-Don't fall asleep o-okay??" He said while he mumbled toward the end. He knew he sounded lame but he couldn't help himself but to make sure the boy would still be awake once he came back.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan blinked in slight shock as the male turned to face him, slightly amused with his reaction. He was used to closeness, after all. This was nothing new but the concept of being more than customers or acquaintances was more than enough to let his breath hitch the slightest bit before it returned back to normal. He watched as the male turns back on his back, a small smile tugging more at his lips. The boy was still acting shy, to Himchan's eyes at least, and it was adorable really, more so with his baby face. Himchan had to admit, Luhan could be a great prostitiute if he wanted to be one.

He waited patiently for an answer, nervously biting down on his lip. It felt like forever until he got a reply. His mind was already jumping to conclusions. Did he sever a friendship? Was the other male going to kick him out? Would Luhan suspect him because of his question. He hoped not, though he knew that their bond was fragile. Even the smallest slip ups would cause this course to go downhill. For heaven's sake, they were in a hostile situation and barely just met each other. However, his worries quickly slipped from his mind as his head perked up from the male's answer.

"Really? Thank you," he mumbled softly, a faint tint of red coloring his pale cheeks once more. He was so close to the male, close to the point that if he reached his arm out, he would be able to sling it around the slender body. He didn't want to intrude on Luhan's personal space, deeming it rude to initiate such contact as it's only been a few hours. He opted to grab the blanket instead, draping it over the both of them as he curled up to the blankets. He wasn't that tired where he could sleep right away, but he was a bit sleepy, worn out from the day's events. He kept the close distance with the male, making sure he was close enough to feel the radiating heat but not touching the latter.

@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan felt so empty now that he has said it to the other male, it was relieving for him to have said, he felt more closer to him than he already did the moment he met him. His eyes traveled from left to right as the other tugged on his shirt but he quickly understood as he heard his words, he was trying to comfort him. He smiled softly at the thought of being able to spend some time with a person like him before anything would happen to his life. He completely agreed with the boy as he lightly nodded against the bed.

He turned his body to the other side so he could face Himchan. His eyes were opened wide with surprise as the other was facing him as well, so close to his face he could feel his breath go against his skin. He turned himself on his back and gulped as he faced the ceiling of the bed where curtains were attached.

He then realized his question and hesitated even though he would have accepted immediately if it wasn't for the game. He turned his head to the other male and looked at him with a simple blink. Seeing his expression, his mind immediately told him to accept. The boy in front of him was real, he was human, how could he dare to do something on Luhan even if it was for his own life? Maybe Luhan trusted people too easily but he was fully sure he could be trusting this one.

He smiled warmly at him as he nodded, "You can" He mumbled before turning his body to him once again this time more prepared. He took his hand and held it with comfort. He realized he didn't even want the boy to leave, what if he left and he never saw him again? He couldn't let that happen, he was already so attached to him even though he knew him so little, it didn't seem that way at all. It felt as if he wasn't going to be secure without him.

@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan (( sorry for the short post, my brain's shut down ;A; ))

Himchan kept his eyes closed, arm still draped over the lids as their breath was heard in the now silent room. It was new to Himchan at all, the feeling of lonlieness and silence always being wrapped around you. Luhan's presence was something that was much like a terrific miracle, the feeling irreplaceable. When he was still alive and had time, perhaps he should just make the best of the days. He would certainly going to enjoy spending time with the male, even if the only thing that he would get would be silence. Even the other just being beside him made him feel at rest.

For once, he felt wanted, needed even. He didn't care if it was delusional, he would gladly live in this dream if he could.

His heard perked up at the sound of the male's voice, listening intently on everything he had to say. He was having mixed feelings about the latter's past. Should he say something, speak comforting words? Or should he keep quiet. He thought it was quite lucky that Luhan woke up with no memories, it was painful to remember things that weren't true anymore. The nightmares were what got to him, the poor boy doesn't deserve it. He's been nothing but kind a gentle, and perhaps that is the way reality is. Even the sweetest person had a dark secret, has been hurt at least once.

The world was twisted. He would know.

Finally, he moved the arm away from his face, instead, he gripping the man's shirt, gently tugging at him to get his attention. "It's okay, it's nice to talk about things once in a while," he mumbled quietly, rolling onto his side instead. He glanced up at the boy with uncertain eyes before shifting a bit, hiding his face in the bed. "Can I sleep here?" he asked shyly. Himchan didn't want to be left alone in the cold nights once again, and the boy seem trustworthy enough.

@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan gulped as the other talked about his nice childhood. It was all the contrary for him, as if they exchanged their positions at some young age. Hearing that he suddenly lost everything good he had, he somehow felt his heart cry with heartbeats. It must have been so hard for him, to have to live the life in a way he didn't expect to. A way so harsh and lonely where you just have to do what you're told or not you have nothing. He understood so well that he wouldn't want to sell his parents stuff instead, it was something precious that you just couldn't exchange for money or anything else. It was all clear that the boy had grew up with a life he didn't want, he really wanted to comfort him at the moment even though he didn't know how he could possibly do so since it was a really deeply sad.

Luhan didn't want to brag about his past, he didn't want to seem like he was taking over the pity to show that he had a sadder life because he didn't. He had a great life, no matter the past he had, his life was the best to his eyes. He couldn't be happier with the mom he had and the place they lived. Cooking for people and making their tummy full always brought a smile to his face. He decided to talk about it just because he thought it would be the only way he could change the other's mind. Maybe it wasn't going to work but at least both of them were sharing something about themselves and he just felt like he needed to share the same emotions, the sad ones where you feel like your heart is tightening yet it feel so light as you talk about something hard.

He just directly went to the discussion without asking or commenting on the other's past since he just knew there was nothing he could say that would help or make things easier. "When I was about 9 years old" He started as he gulped and held the boy's hand tighter. "I was found by a woman on a sunny day, unconscious on a grass hill where no one was around. It seems like I was abandoned or just dumped there... I woke up a-and I didn't know anything... w-who I was or where I came from" He said as he mumbled towards the end. While he was talking about it, he actually forgot their situation and it didn't even come back to him. "I was raised by that lady... she lived alone in a small warm house" He said it with a soft smile as he thought about his mom. When he realized he was starting to babble about his good life, he closed his life, telling himself now was not the moment to talk about that. "I regained some memories at some point, horrible memories. I am not sure what they were, but it contained violence a-and s-ual assault" He confessed as he opened his eyes wide as remaining images of it came back to his mind. "a-anyways... I don't even know why I-I brought this up... I.. it doesn't even matter" He finished as he laid down and turned his back to the other with shame for saying anything, he should have just let him finish his story.

@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan let small shallow breaths escape from his parted lips, continuing to focus his vision on the lines. Those lines represented his last bits of sanity, and if they disappear, he didn't know what he would do. There was only a few people who brought color to his life, and besides them, this was the only source of color that he knew. Even it had faded gradually into a bright white, though colors popped out at time. He liked to think of them as his thin line connecting to the world. Once it was gone, he would be too. A goner, just another lifeless person really. He feared it so much, that sometimes he forced himself to see them, to be happy. No one cared enough to realize that his smiles were usually fake. It was fine, he was used to it.

How many times he said that before would be unimaginable.

That line was his life, something he chanted over and over again in his mind. It was false hope, having someone who actually cared enough to see through him. He was allowed to think in the short silence, waves of thoughts that he usually didn't have time for, now nagging his mind. It couldn't leave him alone, he had neglected it so much that it couldn't be avoided anymore.

To him, everything was an abrupt change. He did have a sweet life once, he did have parents who cared and spoiled him. In a blink of an eye, he had lost everything. That was one reason why he wasn't fond of change, most for horrible, waiting for a weakness to appear before attacking.

He in another breath before gulping, his dry lips to moisten them. Should he continue on with the story? To busy with his own thoughts, he hadn't noticed that Luhan had taken his hand again, rubbing it softly. Maybe someone did care?

It was all wishful thinking. No one truly cares.

He sighed once again. His life was already stupid as it is. He had no proud achievements, nothing at all. With a last sigh, he continued to speak. "Life wasn't always hard, in fact, I had a nice childhood. I had loving parents, amazing friends, almost all the things I could ask for in this moment. And before you even notice, they're taken away from you. When I became a teen, my parents caught a flu and though they had proper medication, they passed away after a few months. I couldn't sell away their stuff to live, and so I loved onto the streets. I was picked up by some man, taken in, and now here I am," he huffed, a small tone of annoyance in his voice. He was always bitter, though he knew some had more tragic pasts then his. His body would never heal from his past. In fact, he had a few scars and bunches of love bites on his skin.

@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan sat further into the middle of the bed so he could sit with his knees against his chest and his arms wrapped around it. Listening to the other talk about his e life, it made him want to about so much more, how it felt, what would he do if 'this' happened, how he felt when he got 'that' and so many things. He couldn't help but to shove those wonders away as he felt vulnerability in his voice and his life. The question 'would you rather stay in the game or go back to that life' also came up but it was just a stupid question. Luhan would choose the life of a e if it was his only way to step out of the game.

As he sat there, Luhan kept his eyes on the other's figure and realized how much he looked nothing like a e, at least what Luhan would think a e look like. His attitude, his appearance, even his voice. He seemed so sad, like he had a reason for becoming one. It reminded him of how sad his life was before the age of 9 years old. The mother he had at the moment was actually not his real mother, she found him unconscious and alone with no memory of what his life was before that. She took care of him and raised him like his own son even though she was poor. When he grew up, memories a nightmares of his past came back. It was an awful past but it was not as hard since it only felt like something that didn't actually happen.

He took the other male's hand, feeling the need to connect a part of his body to his since the atmosphere was so stiff and sad somehow, Luhan thought it was sad. He was like that, always feeling the need to comfort the others no matter what. As he took his hand, he rested it on his knee and started to rubbing it softly and gently, trying to make him feel better. He didn't even know if he needed the comfort but it was only in Luhan's personality to do so no matter if he wanted it or not. "Wh-Why did you become a e?" He asked quietly as he always felt like he was putting pressure on him when he asked a new question. He didn't mean to be too like he was entering his privacy or anything.. he just felt like talking about it would make him feel good. Luhan always felt better after talking about his dark past.

@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan Himchan kept his eyes close, laying still on the bed as if he were asleep. Much like a princess, his hands were clasped on top of his chest, yet his leg was dangling from the bed, the other on hoisted up on the mattress. He listened as the other mumbled to himself, it was adorable how the latter was like this. He sighed softly in content, letting the tension free aura wrap around him. Really, he felt so relaxed that he wouldn't even notice if a murderer was inside.

Secretly, he peeked his eyes open, noticing that Luhan was taking off his mask. When he did, he couldn't even hide the smile that appeared on his face. Just like his personality, Luhan was really adorable. The cheeks that you could just pinch all day, it was really nice to see someone cute nowadays. Not that he didn't see cute people everyday, everyone involved in his business was tough looking or skinny, no in between. This was like a breath of fresh air really, this was new.

Perhaps change wasn't so bad.

He then closed his eyes once more, this time, removing his arm and placing it over his eyes, letting his sight be covered by darkness. He could see the random, vivid, colorful lights that appeared, and just the colors could light up his dull world. He always saw the world through white and black, even gray. Himchan didn't expect much from his life style. He wasn't the type that looked forward to everyday, he couldn't force himself to be that way.

He nibbled gently on his bottom lip, contemplating on an answer before finally deciding on one. "It isn't as heavenly or as you'd think. It's quite disgusting really, but it's pleasurable. Everyday, you're sleeping with someone different. It's nothing but a contract, you give them pleasure and you get money in return. You aren't allowed to live in exotic rooms or eat food well. You just get anything you receive, and you're supposed to be happy with it. Of course, some people really like so I guess if you're that type, a e is a perfect job. Other than that, it's pretty much all the same. You're trapped inside the same building, rarely allowed out because of scheduled appointments and stuff like that. Being a e, isn't as fun as people think. It's not easy at all, especially when you're sensitive and insecure," he admitted, ending his sentence breathlessly. Even talking about it was disgusting to him. At least over the years, he had grown somewhat accustomed to it.

@♤ ¦ Kim Himchan Luhan watched the other reveal his face, showing his delicate skin that seemed too perfect to be true. The features of his face were undeniably beautiful. He had a story in his face, a story that wasn't told much. He was so mesmerized by his perfect look, making him puff out his cheeks as he looked away. Luhan bit his lip as he looked down to his hands, thinking about the fact that in a few seconds he would be taking off his mask with them. He wasn't sure about showing how plain his face looked like beside the other's. He surly was going to empathize the fact that he was much more good looking than him. Luhan then flicked his own forehead for thinking about those kind of things at a situation like this. It was stupid of him, who would care? They were all going to die anyways, or might. It was only a slight chance that they would survive. "Stop thinking carelessly Luhan, now it's not the time" He mumbled quietly to himself. Luhan had the habitude to talk to himself a lot since he didn't have much friends.

He took a deep breath and pulled off his mask, the mask his mother and him fabricated together. He didn't look up at the other male, he just kept his head down while deposing his mask on his lap. He held onto it tight before letting it gave to rub the area of his face where the mask was. He blinked and held the mask once again in his hand, taking it as the most important thing he had at the moment. It was really hard since when he looked at it, all he could think of was the beginning of the masquerade ball. When he walked in and expected this night to be the best one of his entire life. That idea of the night changed so quickly, it was the worst, a real nightmare that he couldn't wake up from. It was so hard to believe yet it was true.

Luhan brought back his concentration on the other male as he started talking. When he confessed he was a e, he held in his gasp by clenching his jaw. Not yet showing his face to the other while his eyes were wide. It was his first time meeting a e. At least knowing that there was a e by his side. He wasn't going to say anything, he was just going to let him continue. He couldn't comment his status though, it would be nothing that Luhan would ever do. He nodded his head lightly while biting his lower lip. He somehow wanted to know more details about the life of this e. "h-how was it?" He asked shyly and quietly.
♤ ¦ Kim Himchan [SH] 10 years ago
@♤ ¦ Xi Luhan "Thank you," he replied quickly, already growing flustered at the innocent skinship once again. He wasn't used to the gentleness of the touch, it wasn't like his job had people treating him gently at all. He was often treated like trash, thrown away when people were finished with him. He held onto the other's hand pretty tightly, hoping that this was not a mere dream. If it was, life was probably too cruel to let him be happy for once in years.

He followed the male obediently, his light steps allowing him to be quick as he trailed behind his new friend. His eyes searched the hallways, flickering from side to side to see if something would pop out of the doors. This was like one of those horror scenes, the mood matched perfectly as well. He found himself soon inching towards the male, but after realizing so, he kept a small distance. They weren't that close anyways, why should he be holding onto the male like his life depended on it?

Once they reached his room, he scampered in, eyes trailing around for any sign of a weapon. Though trust was slowly building up between the two, you would never know who would backstab you. Pursing out his lips, he saw none of the obvious weapons and opted to slip off his shoes, sitting down carefully on the bed near the male. He felt the soft mattress underneath him and he sighed in content, removing his mask. His unblemished, snow-kissed skin was revealed, and the features that couldn't be seen with the mask on. He slowly faced the male, a sad sparkle in his eyes before he fluttered them closed falling onto the bed.

What should he say? He didn't want pity from the male, he wanted none of that nonsense. Pity made him feel weak, insecure yet wouldn't it be great to tell more than a few people? He heard that talking got off some of the stress, some of the load. Would it work? That was the part he was skeptical on. "Well..." he started, eyebrows furrowing as he tried to pick the correct words to start the tale of his life. "It's not easy living as a e."

@Kim Himchan

Luhan smiled as the other accepted his offer, knowing it must be hard for someone to accept such thing in this kind of situation. He was relieved since he was really scared of being rejected at a moment like this. He nodded lightly at the other, "I-I'll try to.." He said, unsure of what he meant by that. Of course, he was talking about walking around this castle. It was huge and dangerous to walk in. He took the boy by the hand and held it tightly, showing him he was going to be careful as he looked at him with a simple nod.

When he got up to the rooms hall, he walked nervously as he felt a breeze behind his back. At this moment, anyone could just walk behind you and stab you. He took small but very quick steps, scared as hell that something could possibly happen as they walked closer to his room. He glanced behind them every 10 seconds, making sure they were safe. When he got to his room, he sighed with relief. "We made it" He said with a smile as he felt as if he won the first mission of a game, he was happy yet nervous and scared on what was coming next.

He opened his door and walked it, and sat on the edge of his bed while looking at his knee. It was weird to only hear silence even though there was someone else in the room with him. "s-so, how was your life?" He asked as he broke the silence. He then regretted asking this kind of question, it wasn't something the male must be wanting to talk about when they were in this game, all about to die. "N-Never mind... J-Just, Say whatever you feel like saying" He mumbled quietly as he gripped onto the knee area of his pants.

@✥ ¦ Maid Yui Luhan felt his heart beating faster than ever, not believing the things that the king had said during the masquerade. He was following the maid with small steps, arriving to an expensive looking room. He nodded to her, unsure if he should still believe the situation since it might just be some kind of prank. He closed the door and locked it. He sat on the floor and wished he was in his mother's arms at the moment, technically he was since they've made his outfit together. A tear felt down his cheek as he hugged himself, actually, all he wanted was to hug his mother.

Yui led the boy up the stairs and to the front of the guest's door. Her face was blank, though her eyes were saying something different. The maid unlocked the door and opened it. She stood back and waited for the boy to go inside. "This is your room, Mister Xi Luhan. Stay inside until we call you for dinner," she smiled an empty smile as she watched the boy go inside. "Remember to lock your door," Yui said, and with that the door was closed.
