SPECIES SPECIFIC  :  rooms that are generally used only by creatures of the same race unless invited in(think a coven base for vampires, or a private forest glade for werewolves). 30 POINTS.

PRIVATE  :  rooms that are for you specifically unless you invite others in. Points are the same for all species.

                     house: 150 POINTS
