@✻ ⋰ soohyuk l. "It's not bad, I just feel predictable and that's boring." He grins and stares at the other for a moment. "You seem more... kdrama leading man."
He happily eats the strawberry and nods his head in agreement. Smiling as he listen to the list of things Soohyuk has done so far, sitting up excitedly at the mention of a cat. "A cat? A fluffy one, right? Those are the best."
He yawns and shakes his head softly. "Having a cute fluffy roommate would be so fun."
@✻ ⋰ taeyeob l. "You can visit anything you want, I don't mind. Sober or not," he said reassuringly. "Come on, you say it like it's bad that I know you so well," he nodded, "but I will agree we both have probably changed since we've last seen each other," he said in agreement.
He didn't mind him resting his head on his shoulder as he was used to it. He took the bowl of strawberries and ate one, "Fruit is always good for you," he said before bringing one to his lips to feed him. "Let's see, I sold some of my furniture for some new ones, I wanted a new look for my apartment, a couple of new art pieces here and there. No pets yet however I do want a cat as silly as it sounds..." he trailed off quietly feeling bad that he might be bragging considering the other is having a hard time himself.
@✻ ⋰ soohyuk l. "It would've been funny if we ended up as neighbors. Maybe I can visit at some point. ... sober hopefully." He avoids looking at the other's slight judgmental eyes, sighing somewhat dramatically. "I don't like you knowing so much. Okay I need the medicine but you also forget that it's been a while, I've changed some."
He places two glasses of water on the table in front of the couch, having gotten one for Soohyuk as well before going back to the kitchen only to return with a bowl of strawberries. "I only have fruit." He sit on the couch, resting his head on Soohyuk's shoulder out of habit. "Oh, let's talk about your new place. Have you decorated? Any pets?"
@✻ ⋰ taeyeob l. He nodded and hummed softly, "I moved not long ago, I didn't realize how close I was to you until I saw you again. Which reminds me you haven't been over yet." He looked at him with squinted eyes judging him slightly as he closed the fridge, "I think you know better than to lie about this to yourself or me, I think you forget that I've known you long enough," he chuckles softly to himself.
His brows perked up at the thought of a snack, he hadn't eaten since dinner, "Sure, I can go for a snack. What do you have?" He walked over to the couch and sat down, "Tae, nothing you do comes off as embarrassing to me anymore or at all. I find it quite entertaining actually. Now, what do you want to talk about?"
@✻ ⋰ soohyuk l. "Only a few minutes? Really?" He closes the door before watching as the other makes his way to the kitchen, following him like a lost puppy. "You also didn't need to buy medicine, I'm grown, I can handle a hangover." Definitely a lie.
"I know it's late but do you want a snack or anything?" He asks, grabbing a glass of water for himself. "Or we can just sit and talk, honestly, I hope I didn't embarrass myself the last time you were here."
@✻ ⋰ taeyeob l. When he arrived at his door, he sighed softly and used his phone as a mirror to make sure he looked presentable for him. He then sent the text 'knock knock' to let him know he was at his door.
Soohyuk was about to knock on Taeyeob's door when he didn't hear any movement after sending the text when the door swung open. He cleared his throat, "Happy to see you as well. We're only a few minutes away from each other, and besides, we could both use some company". He smiled softly as he walked in immediately heading to the kitchen to place the hangover medicine in the fridge.
@✻ ⋰ soohyuk l. As he receives the last text from Soohyuk, he rushes over to the door. "Wait-" he whispers to himself, finding the nearest mirror so be could fix his hair and clothes.
Once finished, he opens the door and smiles. "Hi um.. come on in!" He steps to the side. "It's late, you really didn't need to come all the way over here but I am happy to see you."
