Winter Ballroom

He followed the lead of many and took a flute of the sparkling wine they are serving. A sip is enough to turn his face sour, tongue out and glanced at glass. “Yuck.” He muttered, shaking his head. It wasn’t horrible but his appetite craves for something better. “Wish they would serve fresh blood.”

Hajun leaned back against a wall in the ballroom, scanning the room simply watching others. He raised his glass to his lips taking a sip. He crossed one leg over the other as he watched the room.

He walked to the ballroom and caught his breath. It was just so big and beautiful. And crowded with beautifully-dressed people. Myungsoo tugged the hem of his double ed suit, feeling very small and plain. Not that he looked out of place. Lady Choi picked the suit for him and had a tailor customise it accordingly. It is his first ball after all. His newly found family assured him that he’ll do great but now that he is left on his own, he is lost. “Damn it.” He whispered, running a hand over his silk tie.

"If you can find a mop, I'll throw these piece's away." she noted for the short haired female, pulling herself back up to stand in her mostly sky blue, but now red-blotched dress, looking around for a trashcan of sorts. The event was too formal for those it seemed, so the angel with pursed lips in an open expression began to move about the edge of the crowd, glass shards resting in her right hand.
She finally made it towards the outside of the ballroom, into an open space of the castle. Barbara began walking down the hall in search for somewhere to properly dispose of the glass, head moving about as her eyes scanned what she could.

@♦ Christopher Bang Sanha blinked at him for a few seconds finding this new way of communicating a bit confusing. He was talking to him right? He wasn't trying to talk to someone else, granted he was the only one around them with a tail. Sanha glanced at his tail then back to Christopher. "I was one, yes, but not anymore," Sanha answered as he let his tail curl around his waist to not hit anyone else with it. "I'm sorry that I hit you with my tail, I wasn't trying to," He repeated with a bow of his head.

@⚜ Son Seungwan ¥ *feels someone bump her side, something cold the next second hitting her chest, the angel turned to look at what had happened*
*spots another female, watching her scramble on the ground to try and clean up the mess, noticing red dripping on the front of the angel's blue dress*
It's alright. Are you okay?
*kneels down next to the other in their truthful panic and fear response*
Shhh, it's okay. No one's gonna hurt you.
*gently puts one hand on the girl's shoulder, absorbing the negative energy in the other and replacing it with a peaceful stream, the other hand gently picking up the glass piece's off the floor*
*checks the youngers expression to see if they were relaxing some*
It's just a dress. Everything's okay.

@† Lee Soohyuk This champagne wasn't half bad, even though it tasted more like sparkling water than anything. Christopher couldn't help but scrunch his face a little every time he took a sip, never been one for sweeter things -- especially when it came to booze. He was standing in front of one of the many food tables that were set up, eyes scanning the various plates. He takes immediate notice of a cheese board and picks up one of the cubes to pop it into his mouth. While absentmindedly chewing, Chris glances around the room to people watch only to pause when he notices someone familiar standing close by. 'Lee Soohyuk,' he mused while taking a sip. 'Fancy meetin' you here.'

@☠ Yoon Sanha ¥✔ A puff of fur is all Chris registers as it nearly knocks the glass out of his hand. He's quick to clutch it close, scowling a little in displeasure. His eyes flick up with mild annoyance swimming in the mismatched hues but the mage calms some when he notices an un familiar face. Chris cocked his head to the side in a small show of confusion, trying to make out what's in front of him. Was this a kitsune? He's never seen one before, at least not this close. 'Oi,' the mage calls out telepathically. 'What's with the tail? You a kitsune or something?'

@☾ Winter ¥ Hyunwook nodded as he looked at her. "Ah, I see - they told you that your family is somewhere here on Heleo - but you killed all of them before they could tell you exactly where," Hyunwook spoke as he looked at her. He reached out catching her by the elbow as she staggered a bit. "If it hurts your heart too much to talk about then we shouldn't - I don't want you to ruin your good time at the party talking 'bout stuff that could hurt you," Hyunwook nodded "Besides, this is a party - you should just have fun," He added

@† ♕ Hendery Feeling an arm around his shoulder he looked up at the man it belonged to, none other than the Prince and his fellow student. He briefly looked at his drink then back at Hendery, "A premium glass of blood wine and judging by the smell of your glass, blood." He took a sip from his glass before answering, "It has been a while hasn't it and yes, I have been doing well as you can see. It's good to see you again Prince Hendery," he said with a soft smile.

@☾ Winter ¥ Hyunwook reached up and scratched one of his ears as he felt like he was missing some pieces of the puzzle. Or, he had missed the first half of the movie so now he was a bit confused. "I feel like I am missing some information that you already know. Why will you hurt people? When did your head start hurting?" Hyunwook questioned her as he tilted his head to the side.

@☾ Winter ¥ Hyunwook looked at her as he tilted her head. "Ah, was he helping you try to find your family - like your biological family?" He asked. Hyunwook paused for a moment as he wanted to actually choose his words a bit carefully not his usual just blurt out blunt sayings. "You know, Winter, biological family isn't everything. And, I know that you want to know or find your biological family and where you come from - but Winter, you've got lots of family around you," Hyunwook nodded as he looked at her. "I mean sure, it's kinda important to know where you come from. But, do you think you'll be happy when you know? Or, are you happier around the people here who care about you?" He asked

@☾ Winter ¥ "Yes, you told me that before - and that he gave you that wooden pup. It's good that you have other friends," Hyunwook said as he looked at her. "Is anything else on your mind? I mean, you don't have to tell me if you want to - but I could help you if you have a problem or don't know something," Hyunwook told her. "And, there could be nothing or no problems - you might just like looking at it," He shrugged.

@☾ Winter ¥ Hyunwook rubbed teh side of his head around his temples, sighing. "We'll figure it out later, okay?" He patted her head as he looked at her. He threw back the rest of his drink as he set his empty glass on a table. He looked down at the wooden pup as he crossed one leg over the other. "You keep looking at that toy - what are you thinking about?" He asked as looked at her.

@☾ Winter ¥ He nodded again as he looked at her. "Yes, a job. Somewhere you go and do your work or a task for someone. For example, I own my own tailor's tent and custom clothing business. People bring me their clothes to fit better to their bodies or they pay me to make them clothes - I get money from this for doing this task hence it is my job," Hyunwook answered as he looked at her. "I mean you don't have to have a job and get by stealing or just having people give you money - but I think it would be good for you to learn a trade or do a job. Plus, we should maybe do schooling at least once or twice a week - so you know things," He nodded. "But that all can be done after the solstice and party - right now just enjoy yourself, have fun, and make some friends. Hell, even get lucky if you want to," Hyunwook shrugged a shoulder. "But - don't ask me what that means, go ask someone else. I am not the right person to explain that to you," Hyunwook added.

@☾ Winter ¥ He nodded as he took teh coin back. "Yes, if you had eaten this coin then I would have to take you there. The infirmary is another word for the hospital," Hyunwook told her as he crossed his arms. "So remember don't eat money - it's not food," He added as he crossed his arms. He thought as he pulled out a few coins from his pockets. "Here, take this - It's not a lot but it should get along until we can think of a job that you can do without messing up or getting into too much trouble," Hyunwook told her.

@❦ Choi Hyunwook *looks up at her and bites the coin before taking out of and gives it back to him with a dent of her bite*

@☾ Winter ¥ "I-eh," He sighs again, watching her take the coin and put it on . "You can't eat that. It's not something you can eat, it's metal. I promise you that it won't taste good," Hyunwook told her as he looked at her. He reached up and scratched one of his ears. He wasn't sure how to get her to not eat the coin that he just showed her. Sometimes it was like raising a small child when interacting with her. "Winter, please do not eat that. It will make you sick and I'll be forced to take you to the infirmary - which I know you won't like since I have no medical knowledge whatsoever - well except for stuff but that's not important right now," Hyunwook held out his hand for the coin back.

@☾ Winter ¥ Hyunwook sighed as he figured that she wouldn't know anything about money. He stuffs one hand into his pocket pulling out some loose change from it. "Yes, coins like this. You use it to buy things at the market, or the shops - even the diner to get things that you want. You just can't take things that is still stealing," Hyunwook told her. "Well, I mean you can steal - I can't stop you but you'll still get in trouble," He told her with a nod.

@☾ Winter ¥ Hyunwook nodded as he looked at her. "Oh yea, you had to do that a lot when you had to transform," Hyunwook answered as he sipped on his drink. "You know that you still need money to be able to purchase meat from the market, do you have a way to make money?" Hyunwook asked as he tilted his head to the side. "But, anyway I am glad that you don't have to worry about your curse too much anymore - you're free from it. You can do anything you want now, Winter," He nodded.
