@☾ J-Hope The first thing I noticed when I woke up was that I had a crick in my neck from sleeping in a weird position on the couch. Pulling himself up, he massages his head lightly with a soft groan as you continue sleeping. After fixing your position on his couch, he trudges to the kitchen to make at least somewhat of a thank you breakfast. Yawning, he takes the cereal bowl and pours cheerios in it, setting it on the table with a glass of milk. Then takes out a banana, peeling it halfway, then setting it on the side. The addition of the banana made it look more fancy than what it was: a plain breakfast-since he at cooking/
/then he walks to the couch where you're still sleeping, he waiting patiently until you wake up. Once you do, he smiles as if he healed when really, this is only temporary and it would get much worse to the point of a suicide attempt after the masquerade party. But for now, he's smiling. For now/ you're up. Kiddo, thanks for last night. I made ya some breakfast to get ya goin back with nough energy. 'ts not much but yeah... /rubs nape, glancing at the dining table/

@☾ J-Hope Continues to pet you as you fall asleep on me, I would've gotten up but I was too tired myself and didn't have the strength to carry you to bed so I just stayed where I was with you clinging to me as I laid my head on a throw pillow falling asleep. The next morning I wake up with a light crack in neck from being in that position all night so I rolled my head around to release it, rubbing my eyes afterwards

I really hate cherry flavored meds...

/But the reason why you don't know about Tae's past is fairly simple. It's because the kid /himself/ doesn't know it either. What was the guy as a human living in society rather than now? The younger wouldn't recall since it's been so long. Only he can recall his name. Also tae's only here in this geographic area because hoseok is. Otherwise, he'd be wandering around the earth yet again. Yes sir, the kid's past is a mystery which only causes your taehyung to even lose contact with the little bit of humanity he still has. To the point he can forget the feelings he's had for or against a human. Just as frozen over and unemotional as when you met him. Morever, his job doesn't help it either... having to deal with so many deaths of all kind, for him, life is just a blur. And he can't call you an exception of that since the kid struggles to remember the two's relationship, also. The weird part though is he hadn't forgotten hoseok-probably because of their own more life changing past./

/of course, you didn't know about his older sister. But if you really think about it, you didn't know about his family at all. Nor his background. All you knew was his present life. But it's not like you asked either for any of it so it makes sense that you wouldn't know. You wouldn't know and just think that he seems like a open and caring adult going out of his way to make sure everyone's tended to. Even altering the system and always looking for new ways to improve his underground work as the main coordinator for this geographical section/

He gives you a small smile and bow/ thanks kid... /he puts his arm around your shoulder again as you lead him to the apartment, he taking out his keys, ending up fumbling with them of course and picking them up to fumble with them again through his drunk behavior before finally keying the right lock in and turning. He again puts his arm around your shoulder so you could lead him to the bedroom or wherever you were planning to lead him to as he talks/ hey kid, I know...this was the iest Valentine's gift 'could ever give ya... /he chuckles dryly with tired or more like exhausted with life eyes/ sorry for that...so do ya want anythin else? Ya can choose since that so bad /smiles with a gentle nod as he finally slumps onto the bed, or wherever you released him, weakly/

/he really did have a great time chilling and having fun with you while forgetting about his own terrible life-until he ended up remembering it in the end as he sobbed silently in his hands. And you're right. Maybe it's also because of the alcohol. But it's because of the alcohol, you can see the fragile part of him he normally never lets anyone see. Why? Because he believes that showing how fragile a person is, is just another wound that's waiting to happen. From his day as a rebel till now, he truly believes that's the only way to not get hurt even worse by friends-since its those kinda relationships which can hurt one the most/
/despite his motto though, you, a friend, are seeing him in this state thanks to his intoxication. Gritting his teeth as he grips hard at his hair in an effort to feel he has control of the situation, he sniffles before stopping at the words. But that's only a half second. A half second after he feels the gentle pats on his back he sobs even harder because he can't hold it in as well as the feeling of how pathetic he must be to find that he's even somewhat comforted by the little rubs, ending up coughing from the overexertion of his crying voice as you wipe his eyes. The rare sad eyes as he stares at the table. I sit there rubbing your back along with wiping your tears with a napkin while asking the waiter for the check. After he walked off with a worried look, I offer to take you home. After paying the bill and leaving the tip I help you up and walk you to the car, placing you in the passenger seat since you are in no condition to drive.
