The Highway

@J. Joonyoung ☤ *cries out a little at the sudden change in direction looking forward just in time to see the drunk before it hits*
*stares forward as everything seems to slow down completely watching the front of the car crumble, and the glass shatter*
*lifts my arms and closes my eyes only vaguely aware of my scream being drowned out by the sound of shattering metal and screeching breaks*
*tries to protect myself as much as I can within the car until all noise stops completely*
*opens my eyes slowly staring at the blurry mess of metal that I can see starting to feel the pain coming on*
*slowly turns and looks over at Joonyoung opening my mouth to try and talk only to cough out blood the red showing up rather well against the blurred darkness*
*sighs a little and gives up just closing my eyes and drifting into unconsciousness*

@S. Debbie ♥ *hums slightly in response, keeping staring at the lights on the other side of the road*
*sees that the lights haven't moved and turns to look at you*
I'm going to see Minseo.
*jerks the steering wheel sharply into the oncoming truck*

*looks back at the road*

@S. Debbie ♥ *hums softly, mostly stay quiet and keeping my eyes on the road*
*nods looking at a set of lights heading towards us*
*edges the car onto the wrong side of the road slightly*

*laughs a little and shakes my head*
*opens my eyes again and looks out the window noticint the speed but not feeling too bothered by it*

@S. Debbie ♥ *hums slightly hearing your question*

*narrows eyes speeding the car up more*

*stares at the road watching the barrier between the lanes disappear*

*rests a hand on your shoulder*
Of course I will come with you.
Anytime you need me I will be there.

We were close, but it was a while ago.

Will you come with me? You can stay in the background if you prefer, or stay outside
I just don't know if I can face them completely alone.

*tilts my head a little and looks over at you with a smile*
You want to know if I think it is worth it for you to meet then again?
I dont think its all bad given what you've told me so far.
Do you want tosee them again? You should do it
Even if its just to find out why they wanted to meet up.

I've been having a but of trouble recently, not sure if you can help but it might be worth asking.
I've been getting a lot of contact from someone I haven't seen in a while, and I think they want to meet up.
I know I've changed a lot since we last saw each other, so I don't know if it's worth even trying to see them again.

Its not my goal... but... maybe it can be there like a side quest
*chuckles softly*
It would be nice to know, even if it were only for a moment that I could bring a little joy to someones life.

That's the problem
Have that as your goal and you'll never be happy yourself
They'll never be happy until they're ready and no matter how much somebody else tries, nothing will work...
*hums slightly glancing down before seeing the light turn green and starting up again, this time much faster*

That ... a whole town of people unhappy with what they have.
Thats very very sad.
I wish I could bring happiness into at least one persons life.

They're only there for the paycheck.
I doubt that they ever wanted to be police officers and just went there because they couldn't do anything else!

That's what most people in this town are like
No passion, no desire, no dreams or anything like that
*sighs slightly, stopping at a red light and frowning at the road*
