Disclaimer: We all technically have our own apartments. You just won't have a physical room to roleplay in until you get the points because again, we want to avoid an excess of unused rooms. Also, the maturity (rated) symbol will not be added to every room, because it blocks the apartment number for some odd reason. So we will keep the symbol to this room. Assume all of the apartments below are rated.

Studio Apartments: Consists of only one main room. Great for those with a smaller budget. Has a small kitchen and bathroom, of course.
One Bedroom: One bathroom, one closet, a storage space, small kitchen.
Two Bedrooms: One bathroom, one walk-in closet, small closet, storage space, decent-size kitchen, private laundry and dryer.
Three Bedrooms: Two floors. One bedroom on the first floor, two in the second floor, two bathrooms, one large walk-in closet, two regular sized closets, plenty of storage space, decent-size kitchen, private laundry and dryer.
