"sure. but let's go outside. i need some fresh air", he said and get up from his chair. still holding the latter's phone in his hands, he headed towards the exit. "maybe next time we should record in your bathroom, huh? you will prepare a warm relaxing bath, i will light some incenses. i'm sure your neighbors would love to go insane together. the more the merrier, right. what do you think about curry?"

He holds out the box towards hyungwon, “smoke?”

@Christian Yuᵃˡᵖʰᵃ hyungwon's eyes were glued to the big screen of his friend's computer as they listened for the countless time seemingly the exact same moment in a song. the same moment for someone with much less proficient ear compared to the two music producers who shared the small space of the music studio. but every time there was something different about the melody. pace, tones, breaks, beats. and nothing yet sounded quite right in the guitarist's opinion. nothing other than his guitar parts of course. they were on point. "you know what. these are some enhanced interrogation techniques over here, bro", he eventually groaned, removing his headphones and dropping them on the desk. "my head is about to explode", he continued as his hands went to his face, rubbing it as if this could help somehow with an expanding headache.

*hyunjin decides to take a shot at recording his vocals for a metal song. he checks in to one of the recording rooms which already had its equipment set up. now that was needed was for it to put it to good use.
rather excited to demonstrate after practicing a few times, hyunjin quickly logs onto the computer there and opens the software for recording music. after downloading the necessary instrumental for the song, hyunjin exhales a nervous breath before pressing recording and bringing his hands to press onto his headset near the mic.
the song starts off with a rough and raspy vocals with a fast paced consistent instrumental.
“release the grip and face the tide accepting this damnation, releasing flesh temptation” growls can heard almost like a creature barking as hyunjin sang and stuck with the melody.
“of the body and SOUL” a roar escapes the last word before he sang the lyrics that built up to the chorus.
“AZRAEL, guiding me beyond the veil
obitual, free me from this mortal shell”
he emphasizes the name with a scream while keeping the roaring formality throughout the lyrics.
“enter into the darkest night i will sink where lie, through the sands of time, through the angel’s eye” at this part his voice is manipulated into a low beastly growl that almost inhumanlike. his range in the chorus to the next verse smoothly fluctuates from extreme highs to beastly lows.*
