@Go Sunghoᵃˡᵖʰᵃ The brown paper bag was quickly discarded, Seungbo regarding the crickets in the inflated plastic bag with a modicum of curiosity. Insects were interesting, even if they were not his particular realm of interest, and he always wondered what it would take to be a cricket farmer. Was there any money in it? He'd given thought to breeding his own once upon a time, but ADHD be damned, he lost the idea rather quickly, like a puppy that has too many toys to choose from. Even here, he was unfocused, staring at a bag of crickets, mind off on another flight of fancy - If anybody saw him, they'd think he was even stranger than was possible. Well, possible for him, anyway.

Thank goodness he had such a considerate roommate to snap him out of the growing hyperfocus.

Upon the first syllable of his name at an ungodly volume, Seungbo startled, grip on the bag tightening and straining the puffed-out plastic with his thumb; other fingers spread enough that the plastic was spared the same divots carved out of its structure. It was close to puncture, but since this was just his roommate, Seungbo took in a deep breath and placed the bag down on his desk, saving the little bugs from the chance to escape and invade their apartment.

"Sungho," He called back, turning on his heel and taking the three steps to his door, hand on the knob, and tugging it open just a few inches. "One, you're too loud. If we get *another* noise complaint, I am not splitting the fine with you just because we're both on the lease. Two, I am not whispering to my pets, and you're weird for thinking a normal speaking voice is a whisper." He sighed, shoulder pressing into the solid frame of the door, leaning his weight on it as he looked over the other male with a weary gaze. "Three, you didn't answer when I asked if you were home, so you cannot automatically assume there's someone uninvited in our apartment just because you practically live with your headphones on."

　　Sungho's stretched out on the floor of his room, headphones on, arms stretched overhead so he can tap tap tap at his phone screen, playing mobile games while he waits for his roommate to come back. His bedroom door is securely shut, because more than anything, Sungho hates being alone in their apartment. Seungbo's beloved /pets/ give him the creeps, even if they're securely shut away. Or so Seungbo says. Sungho's not sure he should trust a man who talks to lizards instead of people.

He shouldn't judge, and he wouldn't quite say it's judging, but it's a little weird.

Okay, a lot weird.

He thinks he can distantly hear noise in the apartment, and he pulls off his headphones, heart hammering as he considers the likelihood of someone breaking in. /Seungbo/ probably doesn't have anything anyone would want to steal, unless some equal strangeling wanted to take his lizards — Sungho can't help a giggle at the thought — but the alpha's filming equipment are far too expensive to have them stolen, okay?

With a dramatic huff, Sungho leaves his headphones and phone on the floor and cracks open his bedroom door, peeking out into the hallway. After a moment of quiet, he steps out, the floor cool on his barefeet.

He can hear Seungbo's voice coming from his room, and rolls his eyes. He's talking to his lizards again, Sungho bets. So he steals closer to the omega's door and shouts (it's a scream, really), "Seungbo! Is that you, or do I need to call the police because there's another weird lizard whisperer in my apartment?"

@Go Sunghoᵃˡᵖʰᵃ "Sungho?" The call echoed through the hall as Seungbo entered the front door, kicking off his shoes. There was a silent hope that the roommate had not been home when he arrived as he already anticipated the screeching that would likely get them another noise complaint. The crickets in the paper bag by his hip were not silent in the slightest, despite his attempts to hide their bag in another bag, hoping the crinkling of brown paper would dampen their natural little chirping sounds... It never worked.

Taking the immediate silence as the calm before the storm, Seungbo padded quickly through the hall and to his room, keeping everything on so he'd be able to get there quickly; opening his door to the giant terrarium taking up one whole wall with a small smile. "Hi babies... I brought treats." He breathed a sigh of relief as he shut the door, leaning back on the wood for a moment so he could recover - Had he even realized he'd been holding a breath?

He moved slowly after this, setting down the bag of food for his crested gecko trio on his desk and removing his bag and coat, letting those items fall into his chair. "Victor, Laverne... Hugo, where are you?" He counted them off, looking at the two obvious ones lazing along a large tree branch, and searching out the sole albino male, who should have normally been easier to find. "... If you don't come out soon, then you're not getting any crickets, Hugo." He mumbled, rolling up his sleeves and grabbing the bag-within-a-bag to reward his pets with treats.
