Originally from Jia Shi. Born into a one of the top hunter families, Baekhyun was created to fulfil one goal: avenge the death of his brother, who died at the hands of wolves. From young, his retired parents had instilled in him the hatred for wolves and taught him how to hunt them, even going so far as to limit his interactions with the civilians of Jia Shi, physically abusing him when he got caught sneaking out to play with the neighborhood kids. Baekhyun was distraught at this -- although he knew he should become skilled in order to take vengeance for his brother, he still missed the carefree and stress-free times with the fellow children.
He was 17 when he came across documents detailing his brother's death, which laid out the entire evidence: Baekhyun's parents were the murderers. Ashamed that their first son became an advocate for the wolves instead of taking up the family trade, they had killed him and dumped his body in the middle of the ocean. Baekhyun became blind with rage and confronted his parents who only laughed in his face, assuring him that he would face the same fate if he chose to follow his brother's footsteps. In twisted poetic justice, he sent his parents off the same way a few nights later, except that he burned the entire house along with his parents' bodies inside. Outrage at the brutality against two of the top hunters quickly spread and a bounty was placed on his head. Baekhyun has hence fled to Hang Shui, where the government has less influence.
Hunts maniacal and insane wolves that are beyond repent. Trades in the black market under the pseudonym Bo Shi.

Due to his time spent isolated, Baekhyun has limited interpersonal skills, choosing to be a wallflower. He often thinks of the brother he did not know and what they would be like if he were around. Struggles to build a lasting relationship. Prefers to be alone, yet with a crowd.
Has no place to call home and no people to rely on. Baekhyun wonders each and every single day when his time will end; but for now, he lives on for both his brother and himself.
