Dear Reader,

It is time for us to rejoice! For the echoes of celebration from the grand union between the House of Cosmos and the House of the Willow Tree still reverberate through the corridors of the Ton. Although the nuptial rites occurred but a few days hence, the fervent buzz of gossip surrounding the affair has only just begun to settle, leaving many a curious soul on all that transpired that fateful night. Fear not, for this author will share a summary of the most notable occurrences!

When discussing the wedding between Lord Miro and Lady Yeonhwa, one cannot simply leave out the names of a certain marquess from the House of Shining Moon and the youngest daughter of the House of the Amaranth. Indeed, Moon Hyeongwon and Geum Eunbyeol made their official debut of their courtship at the event in a spectacle that perhaps upstaged the newlywed couple themselves. Clad in matching hanbok and adorned with couple rings, they walked into the Ryu estate with their fingers entwined and did not let go of one another throughout the entirety of the event. There, it is said that the Duke delivered promises of eternal devotion through the form of sacred whispers before the two lovers surrendered themselves to a scandalous act of passion. Though it would be improper of me to delineate the particulars of such a tryst, may I suggest the imagery of an eager bee imbibing nectar from a fragrant blossom? To engage in such dalliance amidst another’s nuptials is not only audacious but also somewhat distasteful. Yet, perchance forgiveness should be granted considering that love does possess the power to render even the most rational of men besotted fools.

This sentiment finds affirmation in the intimate tête-à-tête between another pair. Near the precincts of the estate’s kitchens, Lord Miro’s bodyguard—Choi Geon—was observed ensnaring a certain individual against the wall, their discourse tinged with the unmistakable hues of romance. Upon closer scrutiny, it was revealed to be none other than the esteemed artist, Bae Eunhyuk of the House of Daisy, who had been commissioned to capture the likeness of the newlyweds. Two men, captivated within their own private reverie, visages mere inches apart... need I elaborate further?

Alas, if I went on to describe every single interaction that had me raising my eyebrows, this volume of mine would not come to an end. Yet, one thing remains apparent—the wedding was abound with the heady fragrance of romance in the wind. Heartfelt felicitations unto Count Go Miro and his radiant Countess Yeonhwa upon their union. Mayhap a blissful matrimony shall ensue, despite the minor hiccup that marked the commencement of their wedded bliss. I ardently pray that all eligible gentlemen take heed of Lord Miro’s example and avoid such missteps on their own auspicious days.
