As we welcome the rebirth of spring,  together with the Ministry of Works, the capital will be opening our gates once more. after a tremendous success of last year's trade season which saw the bustling streets of Hanseong filled with vendors, merchants, and tourists from neighboring lands, we have decided to extend this opportunity to our international partners once more. This not only allows us to showcase our victory and strength after the war but also to share our success with our neighboring friends, fostering stronger ties and a sense of camaraderie among nations.

REservation requirements:
✧ OC + faceclaim must be of Asian decent. however, they cannot be korean.

✧ at least three active threads per mun.

✧ Basic Profile  and Activity rules will apply + A reason why your character is traveling to Joseon.

✧ muns on hiatus will not be allowed to reserve a temporary visitor. we will only be allowing  one (1) ‘visitor’ per mun. this character will not be added to your character count unless they end up getting married with a citizen of Joseon, in which you will need to have an empty character slot (maximum 5 character limit).

✢ i'm currently not in ilhwa but i'm interested to join as a temp. would this be allowed?
yes, you can join us as a temp! however, please note that temps will only last for 1.5 months. they will not be allowed to stay after the event is over, unless they get married to a joseon citizen; if this is the case, you will be required to complete the requirements for marriage (found in the < guidebook >).

✢ will activity rules apply?
yes, all of our activity rules will apply. this means your temp will need to have a basic profile within 10 days and a thread within 21 days.

✢ what happens if i am not able to fulfill an activity rule?
the admin team will send you a 48-hour warning about your unfulfilled requirement. if you do not complete whatever task is needed within that time period, your temp will depart from hanseong.
